Like the rest of you..

I know very little about him.

Whether he becomes OC..

or assists Kitna with gameplaning..

here is some background on him in Gruden's QB camp.

I have to believe the coaches must think he has something.

He fits the mold of what everyone here seems to want, which is a young former QB who knows the game and is held in high regard. Just because he worked for or with Linehan does not mean he is only capable of running Linehan's system or some variant of it. The upside obviously being that he's already built a relationship and trust with our starting QB at the very least, and potentially others on the offense as well. The downside is that he was already here, so he does not qualify as new and sexy like some of the other (very inexperienced) names being thrown around.

Linehan couldn’t say enough about how football smart he is. I don’t know man. If JG is calling the plays from the same playbook then we will abandon the run quickly and throw the ball 50 times a game.

Let’s see......he failed as a QB......check!

.....he failed as a QB coach........check!

.....he must be a hidden OC talent........we have a BINGO!

Can he get on the job training somewhere else? Maybe he will be amazing, but he could also suck big time.

People are mostly against him because he looks like he is 13 years old.

Well put.

We will have to see.

In the meantime..

as Sargent Schultz says..

I see nothing.

He is 100% NOTHING in regards to what we want here.

Gotta love the quacks that say "how do you know he isn't the next McVay"? LOL

This whole regime is rotten from top to bottom and should be thrown out last Tuesday

Nice logic Jerrah.

Hey..it's your checkbook.

If you are going to promote him..

you are probably saving millions over cutting Linehan.

Proceed.

How do you know that? What do you know of his football knowledge or ability to scheme an offense?

I know what people on here dont want. An inexperienced, in house, from the same tree as Garrett and linehan, unproven, sucked as a QB in the NFL, will defer to Garrett coach of a hire.

What fans want is someone from one of these new, innovative, high motion, disguised type offenses we are seeing popping up nowadays. They want innovation. Moore represents NONE of that.

Who has he studied behind? What influences could he possibly have had? If he was soooo great, then where was he THIS year when this offense was being predictable and boring?

How could I know, he hasn't done anything. See the point?

But lest reverse that. What makes you think this kid can compete with the McVays of the world?

Those were years without a competent rusher much less anyone similar to zeke. Barber and murray only had 1 good year we could lean on them before they were shown the door.

Did you ever watch the Boise State offense he ran?
