He's at a minimum...an accomplice. Clearly, his connection with the Cowboys has helped him make a deal, but he's not an innocent bystander.
Can you define accomplice? They were his guns? His vehicle? He egged them on to do it? How did he help them commit murder? Being quiet?
I get that the guy isnt completely innocent...he raps about that lifestyle and it just happened to come true.
But...how guilty is the guy if he really only helped them in a fist fight but had no desire to kill anyone? No intent to shoot anyone...it was all the other guys doing.
Are you saying that because he most likely knew that his boys had heat...and that they were worked up after a fist fight...that he knew for a fact something bad would happen if he got in the vehicle with them...so he should have ubered home?
I think you have to have audio, video or both men arrested telling the same story of Bossman as the director of the killing for him to ever get charged. Or...maybe if they are his guns and maybe his vehicle and hes driving.
The kid is most likely going to go free. If a bunch of stuff comes out about his past such as being in many fights or around shootings...he should be on a last chance basis in the NFL because he is obviously choosing that lifestyle.
