Kelvin Joseph has been unimpressive

At this point I almost discount the pre season games altogether. They really are for these lower roster guys trying to shine. The playbooks are razor thin. The starters barely play. Guys have a coup,e series and go to the bench. Can’t get going like that. Camp reports have been pretty good for Joseph plus he doesn’t need to be a day one starter. It will be ok.

Never seen a guy that sucks in preseason turn out to be good though.

I dont mind seeing mistakes in a player but sucks bad is wildly over critical.
Fatbos isnt impressing because issues I guess not under his control but I'm leery of fatbos hope he proves me wrong. Bust not yet is along way off.

Joseph was a big reach to start with. The only thing worse than his attitude was his lack of experience. With such a small number of games that he played in, I don’t see how any team could have him rated as a second round pick unless they was desperate for a CB and was drafting him based on potential. I think he was the worst pick in the Cowboys draft and he has a high bust potential.

I had Joseph rated no higher than a late 3rd round pick. Definitely not worth a 2nd round pick, much less a super costly early 2nd round pick. I've been proven correct once again.

Oh, well...hope he blossoms into a starter. If not, he'll be another to add to a long list of wasted costly 2nd round picks by the Cowboys.

I would want someone who could contribute in rookie season. and then be good in year 2.

He's got a lot of talent. He's was a good pick. Sometimes it just takes a while for players to develop. We haven't even seen him in a real game. Relax.
