We have seen Dan Quinn's scheme turn 220 lb safety-LB tweeners into tackle machines over and over again. Bam Bam Kam, Deion Jones, Neal, Dono, Kearse....

Overshown's lack of size might be an issue in some defenses. But in Quinn's, it just isn't a problem.

Overshown's bigger than he's been listed. Was 6-2 5/8 229 at the combine.

I don’t think you keep a 2nd round pick solely for special teams play. It seems from what I’ve read that we have improved depth at both S and CB going into this season…so Joseph’s absence should not be an issue.
I think this was one of the worst 2nd round picks ever by the Cowboys FO…you don’t draft on potential in the early rounds.
