And ,what about the players? Who is holding them accountable.
Ultimately the man who looks in the mirror for accountability.

I wish the media would go after Jason or Jerry like that to their face...pick on the old man coaching the defense, not the idiots that hired him...SMH
I see the sun setting on his career.

I guess he'll be getting a call this January while he is vacationing in the Turks and Caicos Islands as well.

Not to worry. Stephen Jones has that angle covered.
Why?? With Jerry they'll just get deflected with nonsense and with Garrett they get deflected with words of nothing. Not that I don't admire Garrett's way of sidestepping the media.
Because they both DESERVE the disrespect, they are the ones that havent delivered, and they brought him in...this guy hasnt even been here a full calendar year, was led to believe 2 guys on the dline would be here that never played, wasnt allowed a defensive player of his choice with any of their premium draft picks, and is taking questions the reporters dont even have the balls to ask the other two.
07:26 AM ET 12.12 | Defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin sounds like a man open to suggestions these days, particularly from boss Jerry Jones. Jones said the Cowboys need to "take more risks" blitzing to force more turnovers. "We want to blitz, and we did blitz on third down," Kiffin said. "Good golly, you've got to change it up. You've got to come after them. You can't let that quarterback stand back there all day." ... Kiffin fought off a blitz of his own Wednesday. The 73-year-old was asked if he's the right man to get the Cowboys' defensive woes solved. "I don't know. I'm here right now," Kiffin said. "I've got to be the right guy right now. I can't get into all that." Kiffin was then asked whether he's considered stepping aside and letting defensive line coach Rod Marinelli take over for him. "Not really. I don't think so."

Sounds like he's just hangin around for a paycheck, just like his defense.

Im by no means pro-Kiffin at this point, but the other 2 deserve the tough questions EVERY time they step to a mic.
