1. Tennessee Titans - Laremy Tunsil T Mississippi
2. Cleveland Browns - Carson Wentz QB North Dakota St.
3. San Diego Chargers - DeForest Buckner DE Oregon

4. Dallas Cowboys - Jared Goff QB California
This is going to be a fascinating situation. On one hand, the Dallas front office isn't the least bit delusional if they look at the roster with a healthy Tony Romo and believe they can compete for a playoff spot, which makes it harder to take a QB who might not see the field for a couple of years. But ... let's not forget that they need to upgrade the backup QB situation, period. That's what derailed them last season when Romo was out. Tough call, especially if Goff is the top QB on their board and he's available here.

A'Shawn going to Washington and Spence to New York would turn some stomachs.

That would be the smart pick....

Little surprising on guys like Reed, Ward, and Correra going that high. Correra I can see because of lack of pass rushers in this draft, but the other 2?

And did I miss it but when did Ryan Kelly become such a hot commodity?

Solid pick.
However, if the overall draft grade differential between Wentz and Goff is significant, Jerry & Co. may leapfrog Cleveland and trade with Tennessee for the 1st overall pick to select Wentz.
Either way, Goff or Wentz would be excellent franchise players for the future as well as the present.

No Paxton Lynch in round 1 ? That wont happen. Kamalei Correa has to fall to 34 so they can have an all Mountain West D Line.

The one thing I like about this mock is the number of DTs that would still be available after the first round.

I'll let out a sigh of relief for every pick in the first round that isn't a DT.

Robert Nkemdiche DT Mississippi

That's the guy I want. I know he has some question marks but I think he's a player. Seattle would do backflips if they could draft him.

Paxton Lynch needs to "Wow" at the Combine next week as well as his pro day and individual workouts. His lackluster Bowl performance is lingering and he's become a forgotten man.

He wont get past the Rams at 15, but I doubt he falls that far.

Eagles at 13 could go Lynch as well especially if Bradford isnt resigned.

This, Bradford is trash. Eagles were looking at him when Chipster was there so SF is also a possibility, dont think Kaep is there long term.

The thing with Lynch is going to be scheme fit. People are suggesting the Eagles, but pretty sure Pederson is going to run a fairly traditional west coast system. Lynch under center making quick 3 step drops and quick throws? I can't see it. I think he'll need to be in a more shotgun spread type of offense.

Not sure about Fisher in LA though, I guess he could be an option for them.

The only tarnish I have at this point, and it's no doubt premature since the future isn't here yet, but future QB classes the next couple of years aren't overly impressive.

If the long-term move is to have someone sit and learn from Romo for a year or two, we can only kick the can down the road so far.

Goff will disappoint at the combine............fumbled 23 times ----arm strenght and hand size is a question, magnified even more in the NFL, wont drop far, but out of top 5-10, them combined with the ever present NFL concerns of a system QB.
