This is false no matter how many times you want to argue this.

Richard calls the defense. I mean the camera shows him during games reading a play sheet and calling the plays into Smith.

No way to know exactly who is in charge of what.

Richard calls the plays but I don't know if he would use the same DL or front 7 defensive concepts if Marinelli was gone.
