In the playoffs, our Cowboys, a resounding YES!Let's just here and now deal with your statement. You are declaring my Dallas Cowboys losers!

Yup…..they have to prove otherwise. In the playoffs, our Cowboys, a resounding YES!
They needed to resign Dak and resign a few others. Cooper was making 20 million per seasonExcept it is 2 years until Lamb becomes a "top paid receiver". Even if he gets his contract today the next 2 years are his rookie deal. 2 years from now, Cooper is in the last year of his deal. It was never Cooper or Lamb. It was Cooper or Gallup and they picked the latter and that looks it did not work out because Gallup has forgotten how to catch the ball, and sadly Cooks is not fairing much better.
No sir, I wouldn't call that being a fan. I will never put the Cowboys in the level as Casey at the Bat...no matter the damn excuses offered to the contrary. I live or die by loyalty to the team...not just chest medals. They always earn this fan's respect. They stay in harm's way and not for my amusement and insults. They still play for us.In the playoffs, our Cowboys, a resounding YES!
If that is all you see, get a dog or walking stick...Three words are all you need to know...."Dak locks in".....he sees about 1/10th of the field ahead of him.
That's actually isn't true. Lambs first high cap year won't be till 2026. Thats not why they didn't keep Cooper 2022 to 2024, it wasn't about them predicting a hypothetical deal 4 years from when he was traded two years of which past the point of him even being under contract. For the 90th time, the decision wasn't Gallup or Cooper. When they took Lamb in the 1st rd, they knew they couldn't keep two top paid receivers at the position. Lamb may get close to 30 million this offseason. Who would you rather have Cooper or Lamb?
If I'm not mistaking the average combined annual value of Gallup deal and Cooks deal is actually on par if not higher than Cooper's base rateExcept it is 2 years until Lamb becomes a "top paid receiver". Even if he gets his contract today the next 2 years are his rookie deal. 2 years from now, Cooper is in the last year of his deal. It was never Cooper or Lamb. His point was they still spent that 20 million they just spent it on two receivers that everybody's complaining about. They needed to resign Dak and resign a few others. Cooper was making 20 million per season
We had the guys too!
The playoffs show your weaknesses.
Lamb, Cooper and shultz were the 1,3 and 4 leaders in receiving yards this week.
Good chance were are gonna feel this when the playoffs come. Chiefs are in the same boat (limited weapons). Extending gallup over cooper was bananas.
Hoping the defense can carry and hoping for the best.
Go cowboys!
After Harper, did Irvin ever have a true #2 to stop the double teams on him? Yet him and Aikman still got it done.Lack of weapons has never been the problem

And they easily could do that. Right now Cooks+Gallup cost more than Cooper when right now a 1-2-3 of Lamb-Cooper-Tolbert would be far better. They needed to resign Dak and resign a few others. Cooper was making 20 million per season

You are forgetting players like Shultz who was tagged as wellAnd they easily could do that. Right now Cooks+Gallup cost more than Cooper when right now a 1-2-3 of Lamb-Cooper-Tolbert would be far better.
However, to double down, plenty of teams have one paid WR with a paid QB. That is not a serious threat.
Cooper also went to the media and complained about the coaching staff. His point was they still spent that 20 million they just spent it on two receivers that everybody's complaining about.
Or you could have just kept the guy that you knew was really good and played really well with Lamb...... (This whole "oh they're poor and they don't have enough cap money" isn't why he's gone
