Monday is typically their day off I believe. As a fan I want them to have a real life about 1 day a week during the season and that’s the day after we play.

only if you're looking for bad PR for someone you already seem to be against for some reason.umm out on boat with bad hip in public is bad PR brah.. just saying ..wasn't like he was shopping for groceries, hes on a boat getting in and out of a boat etc etc a lot of risk..
He could slip walking down the steps at his house. It's really not that difficult to be safe on a boat.I disagree Its a boat I boat all the time, can easily slip, especially his big *** rocking the boat stepping into it and it looks very bad, game week you on IR for bad hip..
Being healthy enough to fish and being healthy enough to play right tackle in the NFL are completely different beasts.
I kind of agree - the optics are bad. But is he just supposed to sit at home and lay in bed?
Lol you said it. It’s a family fishing day you can’t kill him for that. Is he supposed to wrap himself in bubble wrap and stay in his basement?
I recall thinking at the time that Romo shouldn't have put himself in such a situation. As you point out, though, the media was looking for a story.Just think that only became a story because the New York writers were fishing for dirt on Romo and or Jerry. As soon as NY beat Tampa and knew they were coming here it got blown out of proportion and has its own like pop culture. The new york writers made a big deal out of it...(They also brought a Jessica Simpson impersonator to texas stadium and took pictures of her as a jinx on Romo) it went from the NY writers to ESPN and specifically Mike Wilbon who clutched his pearls everyday for a week about it.
It was the exact drama the NY writers were looking for. They also made up a story that got to the fox pregame about Jerry passing out NFC Championship game tickets in the locker room which did not happen. Coughlin said in the locker room after the game tell Jerry he wont need the tickets.......
The whole Cabo thing had Zero to do with the game and none of the players cared about it. It sucks that it was Jessica Simpsons father who leaked the photo and the story as promotional nonsense for his daughter.
Best to your dad. Humor and enjoyable pursuits are good medicine. My dad is 81, just had heart surgery, and goes fishing.
I am almost half his age, workout every day and if I played one snap in the NFL, I would likely be broken in half.
I don't get the big deal.
you are VERY wrong but hey i an saluting you rights now .. what a tool!
in the offseason he can do what he wants but this dude came in out of shape, gets hurt goes on IR and pout fishing while he makes 12mil a year
think before you speak..i have tons of hobbies and run my own business and not hurting anyone..this dude doesnt even bother to wear a mask outside a bubble risking bringing rona back to the team.. SAD you and him
It is all the rage for this new generation....Lol you said it. It’s a family fishing day you can’t kill him for that. Is he supposed to wrap himself in bubble wrap and stay in his basement?
A man's gotta eat.
Don’t know why but this made me bust out laughingA man's gotta eat.
no bubble in football they are supposed to be extra careful hes out on a strangers boat no mask very close to others NOT HIS Family..again all of it looks bad thats the point..Has nothing to do with him playing my friend or his injury. He is allowed to still be a human and have a life
can understand this triggering people but he's IR'd not dead.
at least he's eating healthy, lol.
fwiw he doesn't look too out of shape to me.
that's a big ole boy carrying his weight quite well.
reminds me of baseball when Yoenis Cespedes was seen golfing while out with an injury and again this year photographed at a night club days before he opted out of the season for covid concernsodd a friend runs a fishing guide service and posted pic of Collins and his family out on Lewisville Lake fishing this morning..
do players with bad hips go out on fishing trips while on IR and know someone would find out!!
that burns my britches..
wonder how fast the post and pictures come down if it reaches the powers that be,,

without a mask in non bubble lucky to have an nfl season situation adds to it..if it were his boat and hos family and no pictures..hack awayonly if you're looking for bad PR for someone you already seem to be against for some reason.
from the pic, he was catching dinner for the week.
non-issue.
dont care im still here.....you you make it personal its an issue and you did ok DB,,You are out numbered quite a bit in this thread. That is the one reason I still have hope in humanity. I've found recently, that even though there are many people like you out there ready to hate/tear other people down over absolutely nothing, there are much, much more people out there who are realistic thinkers with morals and a brain. When that group gets fed up and decides to start speaking out....watch out.
