#1 yardage offense and #6 scoring offense. That isn't good?

The rest of the team cost the Cowboys. HC, special teams and defense.
mostly empty stats. He was lost against good teams and went 1-6 against them . That is no a good sign after 4 years in the NFL. Teams are daring him to beat them with pressing defense , and he failed. This is worrisome if the target is a Super Bowl winning QB.

Both receivers had over 1100 yards last year. How often does Dak struggle getting the ball to his receivers?

mic drop, close the thread:clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap:
You Cleary rely 99% on seeing to get through life. a qb can throw 10 passes a game to rb s and fb s and have a high pct. Pay attention to ball placement. IF you watch ball placement and think, you'll see aikman was the most accurate passer ever. If you go by comp pct, you'd say Steve young.

Thank god he's a 65% completion guy who threw for 4900 yards and 30 TD's.. while having a receiving corps that lead the league in drops...... but great point...

And what was his record against winning teams? And how many game winning touchdown drives did he have? And how many touchdowns did he lead his team to when the division was on the line?

Dak had the supporting cast last year , OL , RB, WR . The results were not good . Many keep blaming it on Jason Garrett . I think in 2020 Dak has to win much more games against winning teams to validate his franchise tag or 33+ mil salary . I have doubt about his accuracy and decision making but Time will tell .

Dude have you actually looked at "elite" QBs win percentages against winning teams? They're not very impressive even with "elite" QBs.

A lot of those drops were due to inaccurate passes. The reason that Dak has that high of a completion rate is due to some WRs making some great catches. It only shows that a really accurate passer could set records for completion percentage if they was playing in Dallas. Wentz would be the next P. Manning if he was the starter in Dallas.

What...no...jesus man....you're really gonna sit here and make excuses for the receivers who led the league in drops?
Dropped pass- "incomplete passes where the receiver SHOULD have caught the pass with ORDINARY effort."
"Only use this if the receiver is 100 percent at fault and no one else can be blamed for the incompletion," ESPN tells its game charters. "Pass interference that wasn't called/passes thrown just outside the receiver's reach, etc., are NOT drops."
