Boy, that escalated quickly. The first report was that the injury wasn't serious, now we are hearing he may never play again and his career might be over. This is bad news for him. I wish him the best.

Can't resist.........................

If I were to choose between "Anchor Man" and "Elf" to watch for the first time tonight, which would be the pick?

So if this medical staff's "day-to-day" injuries mean that Anthony Spencer is done for the year, I assume a "career-threatening" injury means that the entire population of California is about to die?

Actually no California is now safe because the man who is the source of the OP's quote, "Dr." David Chao, who deemed it "career-threatening" luckily cannot harm people anymore in California because he is losing his right to perform surgeries in San Diego hospitals because he is apparently a drunk who has "maimed" patients during surgeries and who was forced to resign as the Chargers team doctor because the NFLPA was concerned over player safety if they had to go under his knife.

I feel terrible for the kid, discussions of his relative value to the team are kind of meaningless in light of the severity of the injury.

It was a stupid play call . We were running perfectly fine with just power runs and we try a draw out of shotgun . Just dumb .

I recollect Romo in the shotgun, Dunbar to his left--Romo got the snap, with a underhand toss to Dunbar. Safety must have recognized what was coming because he crashed the edge so hard, Tyron barely touched him....and then the collision with Dunbars knees.......

I doubt any doctor on the Cowboys staff will do the surgery. Instead he will be sent to a sports surgeon specialist.

The guy in Florida that I cannot remember is supposed to be one of the best in the world.

Draft priorities for 2014: D-line, RB, O-line, CB (perpetual), WR, Trainer

Or go for a FA like Gerhart or Blount to backup Murray. Considering Murray's injury history, might be nice to have some proven depth at the spot for a change instead of going with no-names whose most attractive feature is their cheapness.

I met his dad at a local grocery store, he saw us buying beer/snacks before a Cowboys night game and assumed we were fans. At the time he was just hoping he could stay on the roster so that makes it sad.
