Dak isn’t responsible for all 36 of those wins.

He was in streets clothes for at least 5 of em.

Also, 2-5 Dak is the worst QB in playoff history with at least 5 starts.

Dak is the furthest you could be from a winning culture if the playoffs matter to you.

Completely different debate can be had if Dak has played well or good enough in the playoffs then we can talk about supporting cast but not when he has been a MAJOR problem as well. Outside the bucs game he's been baaaaad.

Packers vs cowboys 2016....down two scores at half and down 3(or 2 depending on 2pt conversion)going into 4th

Rams vs cowboys...down at half by 2 scores and down going into 4th. Dak actually played good however TG and CJA ran through us all game in a disgusting manor. Not Daks fault

Both Niner games....Defense did its job and Dak and the offense failed terribly

Packers vs cowboys....team sucked all around and Dak was also part of the huge problem with turnovers and points given up.

Don't know how you run it back or extend someone who has looked ridiculously bad in the post season and down at every half and entering the 4th quarter sometimes by multiple scores. He's not even keeping us in games at all but hey if you want to settle for regular season wins and stats...

Yes...I remember how much you proped up Cooper Rush's 5 wins to spew your Dak Hate after 24 Wins.. 12 more and you are still touting Cooper Rush Win rate:laugh::lmao2:

The Goalpost Shifting is Flawless

John Elway was a spoiled QB whom spurned Baltimore just wait in Mile High for Terrell Davis's bus ride!!!

Goalpost Shifting goes both ways:laugh:

Dak Haters will be the last people lecturing anyone on winning culture....your champions have been Andy Dalton, Cooper Rush, Desmond Ridder, Trey Lance and/or tanking the season for a top draft picks:lmao2::lmao:

I know your stripes!!

OP hijacked the question of a culture problem and made it about winning. Then you can say 31 other teams have culture problem. Foolishness.

The culture in Dallas is softness and a lack of accountability. It’s also one of brand-building and owning the headlines. Not sure about that, then explain 4 blowouts in 6 losses. 12-6 but 4 of the 6 they were non-competitive.

Also, how much ref-crying did you hear from the team and the podcaster-in-chief… Lots! DLaw said they were tired as an excuse for the GB whooping. Dak has prioritized himself through his contract and not the team yet still tries to convince people that it’s about the Super Bowl. He will lie and say his new contract will be for the team to free space when we know, other than the guzzlers, that it’s about his pockets over team.

Want to change the culture or at least start to, Ferguson, D Wilson and Martin should be the captains for 2024. They are as tough as they come and are better representatives of what a good culture might look like. Dak, Dlaw and Micah are three major leaders from 2023. They shouldn’t be and don’t deserve to be for 2024. The culture sucks.

Dak was open to questions before the Green Bay game. IMHO he answered a lot of those questions. But I guess we are just gonna pretend it never happened.

But every loss you and others blame on Dak.
All 15 regular season losses the past 3 years.

The playoffs...well that is a different story. Though the entire team sucked in those as well.

Here's what Troy Aikman said about Dak yesterday:

"I know they've come up short the last few years... but he's been a great player in this league, and his best years are still ahead of him."

Gee, who to believe... legendary NFL quarterback, or pear-shaped dolts on a message board???

There has been a culture problem since the end of March 1994. A Super Bowl was won during the beginning of the period but it and any other winning season since does not address the underlying issue.

Think your slick with the “at least five starts” which is there so you can leave off Herbert’s 500 regular season record and 0-1 in the playoffs.

Should have said “at least 2 starts” but there’s probably guys like Burrow or Lawrence that would sneak in the discussion.

I’m not really a Dak fan but unless your name is Mahomes, you’re really not leading much of anything the last few years.

The Green Bay game was a perfect example of a culture issue....so was the SF game, Buffalo game, etc. These guys are plenty talented to get the job done and 12 wins reflects that. The issue this team has is the second they get punched in the mouth they lose all fight. That certainly doesn't go for all 22 starters, but it's a large enough chunk that its certainly impacted this team. What is on all 22 starters and the coaching staff is there is clearly no true leader to rally the troops when things go south.

This is a very talented squad, but this team is the ultimate group of frontrunners. That's not just a Dak issue, but you have guys like Lamb, Parsons, etc that you would expect to be stepping up in this regard that just aren't there yet.

You think Burrow with more playoffs wins in 1 season than Dak in his career and a Super Bowl appearance would sneak into a “worst playoff QB of all time” discussions?

Burrow is 5-2 in the playoffs.

That Bucs game was classic Dak. Looking good against 8-9 loser teams.
