I suspect this is the reason so many of this brothers get chance after chance in pro ball despite not having his freak talent. Teams just hope some of the genes click on or something. Remember we signed one as a FB who couldn't block, resulting in a broken collar bone for Romo.

And that was a basic pitch and catch that demanded very little from Gronkowski. They set that play up magnificently.

He's a once in a lifetime kind of player. Only other player I think was remotely comparable was Calvin Johnson, but even he doesn't match up well.

No other player can you say holding him to 70 yards and a TD and that's keeping him in check.

Troy Aikman said Romo is a better QB than he was. Does that make him right and do you believe Troy?
