RG3 has no ability to make those 9 yard stick throws on 3rd down..

He's hasn't been able to since he got injured. There is something about that knee brace that makes him so uncomfortable that his throwing mechanics are just off.

They do. It took a while to get there, with a lot of spare parts, but it's effective now.
