Well then guess what, this a big win for the female, now not only can she sue Dez, but sue the **** out of walmart for negligence, and the piece of **** who obviously stole the tape, and sat on it.

Who knows what type of time he's looking at for holding such information. Then blackmail may play a role, ect ect. He would be digging a deep hole for himself.

All I can say regarding that is that my daughter's boyfriend worked in loss prevention at Wal Mart for a good stretch. They have access to tons of information and video footage. In case you're wondering, yes, some of that footage "disappears". And they sure as hell don't report to Bentonville, AR everyday.

I asked that question when who ever was cutting the locks of my trailer, why they wouldn't have seen it either when it was happening or when they reviewed their tapes. I was told they only review if the law asks or if they need it to peruse charges on a crime. So I guess they don't unless asked to do so.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that this goes WAAAYYY beyond just doing the nasty at Wal Mart if the allegation that it's "5 times worse than Ray Rice" is correct.

Now, I'm not saying that it IS correct as I have no more knowledge on the subject than anyone else here but, this has to be something more serious than a romp in the liquor fridge.

Got to love all these people claiming I'm hearing from sources. I don't have one source on this and I'm hearing exactly the same stuff. People just speculating and getting hits/follows.

It doesn't add up. If it truly is so much worse than what Rice did, the law would be involved, IMO. And it's all from a Wal-Mart camera, and only this unknown person has it, please.

That scenario is interesting for a few reasons:

His tweet had some interesting comments:
"particularly the "tell all interview" "people took advantage of me" "world is destined to know" "Im not ashamed" comments
2. That would possibly explain why the media "Sat on it" like Florio said because nobody wanted to out him.
3. That explains why there is no law enforcement charges known.

I'm not saying he is, and I don't care at all if he is, I just think those points make sense with that theory.

Although that isnt damaging to his career. So I have no clue what it could be. But the theory fits in some ways, not all the way through though.

I don't see how you could extort money from someone these days with a video, it's impossible to know if you have the only copy, and very likely you don't. So the extortion would never end. So there would be a refusal there, and then a shop around for the highest bidder, someone like TMZ.
