Could have happened anywhere. Stock rooms are open all day long (literally) and there's tons of security cameras to protect Wal-Mart from theft by their own employees (the single largest cause of loss by the company on the retail level).

Where is this coming from? That random Texan fans twitter? There is also a vine of some guy slamming a women on the ground, where they claim it's the leaked tape...just a bunch of throwing poo to see if it sticks. FYI don't waste your time searching for the vine...it's not Dez

Well then guess what, this a big win for the female, now not only can she sue Dez, but sue the **** out of walmart for negligence, and the piece of **** who obviously stole the tape, and sat on it.

Who knows what type of time he's looking at for holding such information. Then blackmail may play a role, ect ect. He would be digging a deep hole for himself.

That type of evidence can really destroy a career.After Dez's tweet, he obviously thinks/feels it's something that all of us already know about. He also sai he's not "ashamed".I doubt he'd use that term for rape. I don't think a guy like Dez has to Rape anyone, unless we are talking a video from HS or Middle school days. Which I highly doubt

His use of the phrase not being "ashamed" struck a similar chord with me. It's clear he knows what's coming, and it seems counter productive and callous to throw that out there if you're about to be exposed for having raped someone or solicited sex from a minor.

People with a lot more power and money than Dez have been guilty of rape or at least had a lot of evidence against them. Some folks think they can do whatever they want and are untouchable. I am not accusing Dez of anything, just saying that wealth, looks, and power haven't prevented men still raping women when they could have their pick of a thousand women who would do it willingly.
