This is what I think. Here it goes.
So Dez Cuts a blood sucking, no good, pathetic leach out of his life. Right?
So the wimp, gets all bent out of shape, can't control the inner teenage female inside of him, so he tries to slander Dez's Character. So he goes to anyone, who will listen, and write a story. That's where adam schefter comes in(Says he's been working on it for months) so this dude tells Adam this crazy story, to F Dez up. Out of hurt feelings and all. He wants Adam to write about it, but it's so damn crucial Adam is like....
"**** bro, that's crazy if true, but If I write this, and it's not true, I could be in deep ****. Have any evidence I could use, video maybe"
Mystery Dude, now thinks to himself "****, I just wanted this to get written by a big news outlet, to screw this fool"
So he proceeds to tell Schefter that he indeed has a video. At this point Shefcter asks for it, and he either tell him "He's worried about releasing the contents because of backlash on him" or "He has to find it, and maybe talk to other people involved ect ect" (something like that, giving this dude the run around basically)
Which explains the months he's been trying to get his hands on it, and has only heard about it, and does not want to move forward until he gets evidence.
Which also explains Dez's tweet, saying he not ashamed, that he had to cut certain people off, "Just quit with the B.S". "It's clear as day what's going on". Does not sound like a guilty man to me.
Just my theory, could be way off.
