Lawrence and Irving are monsters

Heath never bothers me. I never find myself that upset with Heath.

Compare him to any other NFL safety and it's about the same. Teams give up passing yards in this league. It's just the way it is.

The linebackers are the guys on our team that drive me crazy with their coverage. We need better cover guys at Linebacker and we need to bolster up on our run D.

The best thing we have going for us long term is that Aaron Rodgers is currently out.

Dude Heath is terrible. It's unbelievable how he can make one play and then suddenly everyone forgets all the times he's blown it.

Let's not forget that Tapper may eventually return and add something to the mix. Right now he would probably be our 3rd best defensive end.

Mayowa is getting close too. He's almost Anthony right now.

Can you remind me of all the times he's blown it this year?

Do you not see what the passing is like in this league? Teams with great safeties get lit up so Heath is doing a solid job compared to what the rest of the league is doing.

Our linebackers and the space our corners give WR's is our biggest cover problems.

Im not sure how to respond to those comments about Heath. Not sure I have ever heard more low standard drivel ever. You should be ashamed.

But dont worry you will be plenty upset when we get bounced from the playoffs because he misses a few game killing tackles.

Players like Heath and Jones are what is keeping this team from winning a SB.
You are definitely an expert in low standard drivel.

We should keep in mind that Lewis is helping the Dline. He's been really sticky - hardly sees any balls thrown his way. That'll force a QB to have to go to his next read - that extra time really helps the pass rush.

We are 3rd in the league in sacks and it's basically because of those 2 guys. They are both in the top 15 in sacks.

The rest of our D line is doing a nice job around those 2 guys as well.

I just hope we can keep stopping the run because we are facing a team this week that can really run the football with 2 of the best RB's in the league.

Lawrence, Irving, and Lee really make this front 7 pretty good.

Rodgers is out too and none of these other NFC QB's really scare me if they can't get their run game going although Wentz is mobile and that gives us problems.

Just curious are the Cowboys the only team making pro bowlers from undrafted players? I mean we have Romo, Miles Austin, Leary, and likely Irving (soon to be) in our recent history.

Yeah.. I think Irving getting kicked out of college is why he went undrafted though.

Obviously a guy that's 6'7, has arms down to his feet, and moves like a deer isn't going undrafted.

We need to upgrade him but he's not a liability out there. If you think he is you're kidding yourself.

I'm hoping for Fitzpatrick in the draft. That's the dream but I don't come away from these losses blaming Heath.

Whats beat us this year is our run defense and death by a thousands cuts because our linebackers give up short pass after short pass.

Heath is absolutely horrible. To see anything different is to not be watching the games.

And who do you think comes up to tackle in the run game? You can debate this nonsense with someone else. Heath is without a doubt one of the worst safeties in the NFL.

Weird and crazy that KC left him unprotected though. I remember him getting my attention in his first preseason game.

Sorry but I don't see horrible. Mediocre but not horrible.

Crawford's been playing well, too. Or rather, he's always played fairly well but it's a lot more obvious with the other two getting their pressure.

Gotta find a way to keep these guys together

Crawford is an overpaid, oft injured lineman. Now if this guy was getting paid 4 or 5 million a year as a rotation guy that would be one thing. We need to take Crawford money and use it to pay Tank and Irvin. He is a solid player but grossly overpaid.

Just off the top of my head he fell down on a coverage in the Broncos game allowing a TD, and took a horrible angle allowing a long TD for Gurley in the Rams game. Hall of fame preseason game took a horrible angle on third string RB allowing him to score. I promise you I can find many other instances of you'd like me to continue.

You can't arm tackle Wentz. You gotta drive as his legs and grab him.

The other thing with Wentz? Slap the crap out of his arms.......... he's prone to put the ball on the turf because he holds the ball too long at times and loosely.

Wentz is a complete stud. No other way to say it. He is only going to get better. Eagle and Cowboys will be battling it out for the next 8 years with these two QB's.

Please stop with the Tapper nonsense. The guy has played 3 games in two years and done little to nothing. He's a pipe dream.

Heath sealed the win yesterday. He's a good player. Can his position be upgraded? Absolutely, but Heath can be a serviceable starter in this league.
