For anyone who actually pays attention to the team it is clear to see that this guy has been the largest common thread contributing to the worst stretch of defense in team history. Absolute cancer.

Didn't Jerry say there was a good chance Lawrence would play against the Bengals? Then Stephen came out and corrected him the next day. This is more evidence that Jerry has lost it and it is time for him to retire.

I think I woud sit out too.....especially if I'm not returning........there would be no sympathy for DLaw if he got hurt again. This is a business, and that's the business decision, not the one's we see on the field (Diggs). We are not serious contenders.

And if he were coming back......why would Dallas want him risking further injury and just call it a rap for this year and just be ready for next season?

I didn't realize you were the forum Physician. I should have asked for your professional opinion before I responded to the post. Also, the US workforce is around 168 million people, I seriously doubt hundreds of millions of those people work "HARD" 12 months a year. Of those that do work "HARD", I'll bet they don't work hard when they're injured, hurt maybe, but not injured. Having said that, 95% of those "HARD" working people wouldn't last 1 quarter in the trenches of an NFL game.

PS. I'll hang around, but thanks for the recommendation to go away.
I was recommending that Tank go away. My opinion on him stands.

Hot Boyz has to be the dumbest persona of all time for an group of losers that were playing like absolute trash. It is hard to believe that this franchise used to be a gold standard in it's commitment to winning. Jerry is such a loser.

I don't even watch the games anymore. I don't see the point in it because it'll make you miserable if you let it.
Well it will if your committed to the Cowboys it will make you miserable. Once you've had enough of their crap you realize there is no such thing as loyalty. Anyone who is stuck as a Cowboys fan has Stockholm syndrome. I'm actually enjoying the NFL games and have kicked the Cowboys to the curb after 40 years of being a fan. When Jerry signed Dak that was the last straw. Now I just enjoy coming on here pointing out all the things that I've been saying for years that this team needs to do to get better.

These players getting older need to think about their health where they can still have a life after football. Don't you think?
That’s not the most important thing to them. This is their job and it pays well. They play till they can’t get a team to pay them

I think DLaw and Zack Martin have both played their last game as a member of the Cowboys. Both are free agents and will probably get paid by some other team just like Tyron Smith.
DLaw gonna be UFA after the season

Gone.

I can't wait until Toy Tank is no longer a Cowboy. The entire defense will be better for it. We'll just have to learn to live without his "little things" he did for a mountain of money. Dude was going downhill during his CONTRACT YEAR, but Jerry still paid him. And yeah, yeah, I know it was because he was "injured". I hope he's getting plenty of rest after the Green Bay game.
This.
Exactly this.

Let someone else dump money into those two, they both are broken down.

I got a good rule that should be implemented. If you are cleared by doctors and trainers to play and refuse to do so, you should be docked a game check.

Well, what he really needs to show is that he's healthy and can still play. What he did before he was injured does not necessarily show what he can do after. Injuries are what end many players' careers. Their bodies break down and just can get it done anymore.
Teams give physicals to any player they want to sign, if Lawrence has anything that would prevent him from playing, they'll find it out then.

He's just avoiding any possibility of another injury by sitting out, he doesn't have to play again this year...

The thought of D Flaw or martin ever playing another game as a Cowboy just makes me sad. Just another year for the old rotting husk to wither away.
