The overreaction on this forum over this incident is stupefying. We don't even know exactly what happened and folks are reacting like it's a bygone conclusion he won't play this year and even if he did not play, the impact on this defense is marginal. Folks need to relax and stop with the chicken little act. It's an unfortunate turn of events but it will all work out for the best. Let's wait and reserve castigation for when we have proper information on the circumstances.

Yes, most felony arrests are completely bogus and "work out for the best." And Commisioner Goodell usually laughs them off. I feel better.

The bottom line is that many of these guy are not very bright. And no amount of culture building or RKG lectures will fix them. And no amount of hand holding will help these guys.

You have to set the standard and hope your players meet that standard. Most will. But a few won't. It happens to every coach on every team.
