It's a team game. If Wade is shooting, then LeBron is not. Only one person can shoot at a time. Clearly, Riley didn't demand that LeBron shoot every shot.

So Riley was demanding Lebron score less than Wade and Bosh, especially the latter who played a stretch 4, and that too only in the NBA Finals?

I'm not the fool you think I am. Your attempt at hyperbole has failed.

So your saying he faked injuries so that he could lose in the finals? Im not seeing any of that.

He fakes injury when he loses.
LeBron just goes out and gets 36-13-9 on average and eats all the blame.
Very different guys.

I cant tell you how happy I am that Lebron lost another finals. Rooting for him to lose is almost as fun as rooting for my Celtics to win.

Lebron certainly had a great playoffs and I found myself comparing him to Jordan more than I usually do. Then I watched a special yesterday on Michael Jordan. And there is no debate really. Jordan was better. No question. The things he did James simply doesnt and cannot do. And then Jordan never lost a finals either. Lebron 2-4?

His legacy may wind up being the biggest finals loser in NBA history. That would be fine with me.

disagree, in fact I don't even think MJ would dominate today's game. I think he was just ahead of his time. At his time there weren't many players as tall as him with his kind of athleticism. However, today its commonplace. Kobe, Lebron, KD all have noticeable height/length advantages. Lebron also has about 20 pounds more muscle and can play all five positions WELL. Lebron could easily score even more than he does but instead nearly averages triple doubles. People comparing his inability to win EVERY finals series he's made it to forget that it took MJ quite a while to get past the first round of the playoffs with probably a better team than Lebron just willed into the Finals, just like he did his first tour in Cleveland. I'm certainly no big fan of either, but to me Lebron is a superior player in a superior league.
As an added bonus, one could make a very convincing argument that the league was cheerleading (possibly even helping, i.e. see officiating) MJ and the Bulls win since it clearly made the league money like they had never before seen. Frankly, I think the entire league and game is tainted and I'm sad I pay attention to it, yet I cannot completely look away.

Wow. No one but a MJ hater could agree with this.

Michael was clutch. He made the pressure shots just about all the time on those threepeats.

"At the time" there were good to really good packagers that he made look average. I know... It's deceiving.

Nothing to do with height. He was just .....GREAT!
