No no no..you're thinking of when the lakers traded kwame and a bag of chips for pau gasol..

The nba is a joke and should be ashamed of themselves.

Oh I know. That's what I was alluding to in a very poor way. Basically saying that the Cavs, in the interest of Kaiser Stern and the National Basketball Republic, would pull off a Mickey Mouse trade to get Chris Paul on the Cavs and then use their Republican Guard (referees) to aide The King and All His Men to the Finals, and win them a championship for "the good of basketball."

I hate David Stern so much.

Wherever Chris Bosh heads next, he'll likely have to do so on his own -- and at a slightly discounted rate.
The Toronto Raptors have become increasingly disenchanted with the idea of helping Bosh obtain a maximum contract via a sign-and-trade deal, according to a league source.

Wait, the Raptors dont want Antwan Jamison and Enauaglya? I thought they were high on him in the 2nd round?

Raptors not getting offers they expected? @jadande reports Raptors losing interest in @chrisbosh deal, source says

Well, if he is going to sign outright and cannot get the 6th year......... the favorite is clearly Miami, unless Wade bolts.

In which case, the favorite becomes Chicago because Wade goes there, because Bosh isn't going to Cleveland, and that's where LeBron is staying.

By the way, did anyone else think of what a sad state of affairs the NBA is in when Chris Bosh and Amare Stoudemire are commanding max contracts?

Well hey!! Some of us don't have back to back championship teams to root for!!

There's still room on the wagon for you. Many of us went through the same tough times over the years in between purp n gold championships. We'll save a seat for ya. ;)

Staying in Cleveland according to some folks I know in the DC sports scene too. Delaying his announcement until after his basketball camp this week so that he doesn't upstage the fun for the kids.

He's the all-time Mr. Ohio. Even if he never wins a championship, he'll still be an NBA legend on a scale greater than other guys that never won, like Ewing or Barkley.

He'll get his, though. Just will take a while. He's only 25.

I can't wait for LeBron to resign so you finally shut the **** up about the Nets. Once he resigns no one will go to NJ.

Well, Maayyybe Carlos Boozer.:laugh2:

Have you gone back to NBA2K and thought of a way to get Bosh yet?

Find a way to get 15 wins in a season yet?

Hey maybe with Boozer you'll crack into the 20's!

I heard this morning that Lebron is considering New York again because they will have Amare and eventually land Carmello.

They said Lebron is worried enough about trying to get past Orlando and Boston and that if another Super Team forms that would be just another group he has to try and get by.

He'll probably be lame and stay in Cleveland but Chicago should be where he goes if he wants to win.

I think Bosh and Wade are guaranteed to play together.
