How many stalkers do you have? Maybe there is just many of us that remember your Pollard hate and your Zeke overzealous blunderings. We also listen to you continue to bash Pollard even now.
I have several, because I am correct and speak the truth. And they don't like it.
As you keep bringing up Zeke post after post. But yet berate people for speaking the truth about your beloved Dak.

And then you set up your excuses already by saying OL, OL, OL... you will blame his poor play when it is there on something else, and not him.

I have not bashed player, only told the truth. On the other hand....you bash all the time....

Those who want to see Pollard carry the load must have forgotten what happened with Troy Hambrick, Marion Barber, Felix Jones and Joseph Randle. All four of were terrific until they began carrying the load.

Color me mildly skeptical or conservative - until proven otherwise, I am not sure Pollard can be the "feature" back. I would to like think so but I am not certain. Wouldn't be great if he could used like, say, Frank Gore?

Maybe, it's because we don't have a "can't miss" RB2; someone that could spell Pollard for a couple of series or, in the case of an injury, a game or two.

I am actually looking forward to seeing Hunter Luepke play in pre-season. Hopefully, he could be a short yardage or pass catcher out-of-the backfield

Actually your memory is terrible. I find you have dead wrong all the time. Has there been anyone that has been more wrong than you on the Zeke vs Pollard debate?

You arent even man enough to admit you said things. Denying it left and right. LOL

Heck, open up your history so that I can go back in time. Why is your history blocked? Gee I wonder?

You can sift through my history all you want.

I dont love Dak. I simply acknowledge what he is. A top 10 QB. Nothing more nothing less. There are 5 or 6 QB's I would rather have than Dak.

Im not going to cry that I dont have those other guys.

Here you go with denying things again. You bash Pollard every chance you get.

What depth? That is the single biggest mistake next to OL this FO made this off-season. Ronald Jones just isn’t good. Like. At all. He couldn’t even beat out CEH for RB2 in KC. If you think Zeke was slow, you’re in for a treat.

If the worst happens and pollard goes down, there is no depth what so ever. Remember WR last season? They did the same thing with RB this year. Next year they will correct it. It’s what they do.

They should be doing any and everything to sign Cook right now IMO. One year deal. Give him 7 million with incentives and at the end of the season we know who to keep. This FO does not plan ahead. They react. Hence the attempt to try and trade for cooks last deadline when they realized Washington was garbage and Gallup wasn’t 100 percent.
Oh, I agree nephew…..the only position with less depth than RB is QB depth

i never said it was quality depth…..merely depth

In my opinion, minus Dak and Parsons, he’s the most important cowboy for this upcoming season. I believe with my whole heart we would’ve beaten San Fran had pollard not gotten hurt. Couple of things:

1. Do you have confidence Pollard will be fine coming back from injury?

2. Do you believe he can carry the load as the RB1?

3. How do you expect McCarthy to manage the RB Carrie’s with the current roster?

4. Predict his stats for the upcoming season

Pollard has top 5 running back potential. The Cowboys need to sign him to a team friendly extension and utilize him in the passing game.

I think the injury is part of the reason they issued him the tag. They're not 100% sure either. Good news is, I think if he's not ready, which I do think he will be considering the elite doctors we have in staff, we have a few guys who might be able to be "RB by committee". It's not the worst philosophy for Plan B.

1) Yes
2) Pollard can carry a MODIFIED RB1 load --- nothing close to what the previous RB1 undertook his first four seasons.
3) I expect the Coaching Staff to keep Pollard's rushing attempts in the range of 13-15 per game.
4a) 280- 300 touches total; 240- 250 rushing, 60- 50 receiving
4b) 1,130 yds rushing, 350 yds receiving = approximately 1,500 yds total from scrimmage.

1. Yes he will be fine

2. Can he carry the load? Yes. He is big enough and fast enough - Height 6′ 0″, Weight 209 lbs
LaDainian Tomlinson Height 5′ 10″, Weight 216 lbs
Curtis Martin Height 5′ 11″, Weight 210 lbs
Emmitt Smith Height 5′ 9″, Weight 216 lbs
Terrell Davis Height 5′ 11″, Weight 210 lbs
Thurman Thomas Height 5′ 10″, Weight 206 lbs
Barry Sanders Height 5′ 8″, Weight 200 lbs

3.Tony should bet 65% of the plays, other should get 35% IMO

4. Stats for season - 1,345 yards rushing, 400 receiving, 14 TDs

5. Yes
What does his dimensions have to do with being able to "carry the load"?

Nothing.

I think he will get about 15 carries a game. That’s 255. The key is how many touches he gets in passing game
15 carries isn’t gonna wear him down if you try and limit the amount of times he’s protecting
Oh wait...let's ask him to take on heavy blocking (since we refuse to fix the o-line) so we can ruin him right quick like we did Zeke.

Pollard only carried the ball six times for 23 yards against San Francisco. He averaged under 4.0 a carry. We simply couldn’t run the ball against them. I don’t think it would have made much difference had he not been injured. The game came down to Dak and he didn’t play well. I don’t believe Pollard can carry the load and be as effective as he was. I don’t have a lot of confidence he’s going to be as good as he was without Zeke softening up the defense. I have no idea what his stats will be this season but I believe this season will likely be his last with the Cowboys. With five years of mileage on him, I don’t see the Cowboys re-signing him to a lucrative contract. The only way he returns in 2024 is if he agrees to a team friendly deal. The Cowboys are done paying big money to RBs.

I disagree. Before he got hurt, Pollard was hitting big runs and they had no answer for him and also pollard in the passing game is always a threat. I also can’t believe that idiots playcalling on 2nd and 2 when we were driving with the run and your best player on offense just got hurt. Moores inability to read the room is his Achilles heel as a playcaller

Ah, yes, the “stalker” claim.

Whenever someone gets kicked around on the forum for their bad takes they can always fall back to the claim of being “stalked” in an effort to save face.

Not A claim, it is the truth. I can’t post anything without you finding some fault. You can’t handle the truth is what it comes down to.

What fix do you want on oline? We spent a high pick on oline last year

Nah, it's an unsubstantiated claim.

You embarrassed yourself and now you don't want to engage in a lame attempt to save face.

You claimed Pollard "wore down." What did Pollard do the following week after supposedly wearing down?

Lemme guess "I've decided not to respond to stalkers....I'm not reading any more posts."

He did wear down he said it himself. What do you not understand about that…oh, you don’t, you are proving your stalking posts by repeating your same crap.
