I think he was holding back, honestly. I believe he wanted to torch McCarthy
Since the Buck-Aikman duo move from FOX to ESPN last season, the number of Cowboys games they're assigned to cover has been drastically reduced.Every time aikman announces for one of our games, I laugh uncontrollably.
The man hates Dallas so much, yet he was our guy in the 90’s.
I mean seriously, every time Dallas got a first down or made a good play I would hear, “that was nice, but…” or “and you see here, I mean it was a great throw but the timing was awful”
Kind of a laughing stock if you ask me. Stephen A Smith likes us more than Aikman! I understand him being less than happy about how it all ended with Johnson, and their downfall etc, but come on.
What do you think his issue is?
I think the issue is you being a football ignoramusEvery time aikman announces for one of our games, I laugh uncontrollably.

Think about all the kids on this page who never got to hear the legendary Summerall & Brookshier broadcast an NFL game.Yea Troy is cool he just sounds like football. If you guys go pull up pat summerall highlights you’ll shed a tear. Cherish these guys
Sounds like he’s modeling his announcing on FanZone posts by pseudo fans.Every time aikman announces for one of our games, I laugh uncontrollably.

Wow! 20 years?! Gosh, I'm old.Answer: Troy Aikman is a highly competent, 20+ year National League Football color commentator, whose knowledge and insight derive from a relatively long successful college and professional football career, and is not a junior high cheerleader.
I doubt that, and even so the Cowboys are failing by themselves, they don't need Troy's help.I've long since thought Aikman gives off a vibe of wanting Dallas to fail so he will eternally be the man that last won it all for them.
I think he loves Dallas so much he’s in pain watching Dak refusing to fire it into wide open receivers.Every time aikman announces for one of our games, I laugh uncontrollably.

he said something one time about accuracy that hurt feelings so he tries not to make comments. He's a true legend.I think he loves Dallas so much he’s in pain watching Dak refusing to fire it into wide open receivers.
Maybe it’s just the reality of the situation?Every time aikman announces for one of our games, I laugh uncontrollably.
