Denver Broncos wide receiver Brandon Marshall arrived at the team's headquarters Friday, met with owner Pat Bowlen and left carrying packed boxes leading to speculation he has played his last game in Denver, according to the Denver Post.

While rehabilitating from hip surgery, Marshall doesn't want to be treated by the Broncos' medical staff if the team won't give him a new contract. Marshall sent that message both through his absence from the start of the Broncos' mandatory minicamp Friday morning and presumably during his audience with Bowlen on Friday afternoon.

Bowlen could not be reached for comment. Marshall likely will be fined for each day he does not report to the three-day camp that ends Sunday, the Post reported.

"We'll do what the league rules allow us to do for a player that has missed a mandatory activity," McDaniels said. "The rest of that is really internal. I've spoken to him and his agent, and that's a decision that he's made."

You realize people call him "Mini TO" for other reasons than what he does ON a football field?

I'll pass

lump him in with Plax, Braylon Edwards as WRs no one should want. Baggage as regards plax, dropped balls and whining as regards Edwards.

wow..umm the answer is NO. Not only do I not want him on the Cowboys think how much he will cost. A 24 year old stud reciever. This isn't Madden where you can trade an 85 overall and a 2nd and 4th and get Marshall. We are still finding out if the last WR we traded for will pay dividends.

Another poster made the best analogy I've heard about TO when they said he's like Allen Iverson.

Yeah, Iverson dropped 30 a game, but he also went 8-25 far too often and hurt his team in the process of getting his numbers.

TO may produce on the field, but the amount of times we forced the ball to him at the expense of not getting others involved hurt the team.

Jeez. The people in Denver are just dying to suck.

Get rid of a young franchise QB and then get rid of a talented WR all in the same offseason.

I can get with them getting rid of Marshall. He seems to be a one of the guys that never keeps his nose clean but when you start getting rid of young QBs who can play, you obviously are begging to just get worse.

stats aren't what matters, wins and losses are, and when the crap hit the fan last season, TO was the first one to throw his teammates and coaches under the bus.

Sorry, but that crap had an effect on the field.

Jerry being willing to cut ties with his little reclamation project should be all you need to know that TO was causing problems with the team.

Out of all the head up their rear end idiot WRs out there, if this guy was acquired I wouldn't hate it.

There are few non Diva type #1 WRs. So that is something you have to face. Actually Roy is probably one of the more normal top WRs out there.
We are good right now no reason to borrow any more trouble or put out any more money (and this guy would want a wad).

uhhhh TO was THE distraction on the field. Did you not see our whole offensive gameplan started to really cater to TO with the force throws, plays created for TO, his CONSTANT whining on the field and sidelines, etc....

enough is enough - no to Brandon Marshall and NO to TO!

You want this guy on the team after we just got rid of some of the knuckleheads?

It is too bad we have made our bed with Roy Williams.

A talent like Marshall would be nice.

The price we paid for Williams could probably have got Marshall. The new Denver regime has shown they aren't too greedy given off what they took for a potential franchise QB in Cutler.
