Lets hope some lessons were learned tonight

I actually liked the way they did the Pollard Zeke thing tonight. They flipped the script. It was interesting on how it worked out. Zeke in the 2nd half I think I like.

Despite the loss I am convinced that the Eagles are nothing to be worried about. Give me this team again in the playoffs or in Dallas with Dak. We nearly pulled this off with one the worst QB performances in the history. And I actually liked some things that Rush did. Hes just too limited.

Gotta score points when you play the best teams.

The lesson is that Cooper Rush is a backup and sometimes backups just don’t allow you to score enough to win. Some of us already knew this, others had to learn. Hopefully now we can move forward on the same page.

Watching Rush for 5 games and then watching Dak when he gets back. Hopefully those less inclined might finally be able to see the difference in what a QB like Dak really does for an offense.

Y'all been saying this every week...by your logic Dak is a backup, he put up 3 points Week 1. There is no lesson, everyone knows who Cooper Rush is.

I hope so, but I tend to doubt it

Did you really expect 16-1? There were always going to be some losses.

Exactly, and the Eagles are a solid team. Let's face it, we play in a great division again. I don't think anyone should've expected us to sweep the Eagles again. Especially with how they were playing early on. I think if we can contain them in the 2nd quarter when we play them next, we can beat them.

Unfortunately some people won’t be able to see what’s right in front of them. The talent difference between Dak and Rush is enormous

Yes, Rush is very limited. This is why he was not drafted, I have friends who are obsessed with drafting. I watched him play when he was in Central Michigan. And this is also why we started running the ball more starting in week 2, because he is so limited. But, we should have been running the ball more anyway. But I do understand we played a healthy Tampa defense at the same time.

This is what needed to happen. Cant pull rush then dak somehow does lose and now there really is a qb controversy. Rush loses, looks really bad, and now dak is back to his starting gig. I hate that it happened especially when they are very beatable but it needed to happen.

Revenge is a dish best served cold. Philly has to come to Dallas. Dallas will get their revenge for sure. Tough to beat Philly in Philly with 3 turnovers. Practically impossible.

Nobody ever said Dak wasnt better than Cooper. But that’s a mighty low bar given his contract.
