I actually liked the way they did the Pollard Zeke thing tonight. They flipped the script. It was interesting on how it worked out. Zeke in the 2nd half I think I like.

Despite the loss I am convinced that the Eagles are nothing to be worried about. Give me this team again in the playoffs or in Dallas with Dak. We nearly pulled this off with one the worst QB performances in the history. And I actually liked some things that Rush did. Hes just too limited.

Gotta score points when you play the best teams.
Solid post, to be fair.

The second half was fun to watch from a run game perspective. Zeke and Pollard played off each other really well.

And I respect that you acknowledged Rush playing decent in the second half and not giving up after the atrocious first half.

That being said, I think 4-2 is insanely good considering everything that’s happened. And with Dak coming back, the season is still fully ahead of us

I have the same ‘not all that concerned’ feeling on this one.

See them Xmas eve. Thing is, for tiebreaker reasons, can’t lose on Thanksgiving.

Big holiday games await us.

The lesson is that Cooper Rush is a backup and sometimes backups just don’t allow you to score enough to win. Some of us already knew this, others had to learn. Hopefully now we can move forward on the same page.

Exactly, he's decent enough to keep a season afloat. But he's not a full-time starter. I think we found a formula, however, that'll work for Dak.

Rush sees the field well. He just doesn't have the arm talent to make even 80% of the NFL throws. It's just not there. Good dude, level headed...but it's clear he is a backup at best. Dak time begins again next week. We're very lucky to be 4-2. It's a blessing for sure.

Rush did some good things when they finally let the guy open it up a little bit. But he just doesnt have the arm to attack certain parts of the field.

Little too slow on those out routes. Love the guy though.

I actually got some respect for Cowboys tonight. That defense never game up. Dumb call by MM to go for it at the 30, but whatever.

If Rush didn't have a chicken wing for an arm, he might have hit CeeDee on that last interception. Woulda been a TD. Yeah, I know he was pressured by it was after the release. Again......a chicken wing.

That's a throw that I expect a starter like Dak to hit. That's why he's a starter and Rush is a backup.

Lesson I learned is Philly is a better team now.
But I really don’t think by that much.
IF Dak comes back and balls like he’s capable of and not his brain dead play like last few games...this team may surprise people.
Lotsa pressure on the vatto. Come on dude...earn yo money and the haters will fade....

Philly has to come to Dallas. Dallas will get their revenge for sure. Tough to beat Philly in Philly with 3 turnovers. Practically impossible.
And the ******** the refs pulled by flagging parsons for taunting, but every time the eagles did anything good they were mugging for the camera. Be consistent. Hell kelce pulled some bush league **** late and we got flagged.

I like that Philly showed us now their best plan to neutralize Micah. Yes it was smart and it worked today. I'd rather it happen now in WEEK 7 than later in the season and/or playoffs. Plenty of time to go to drawing board for a effective counter.

It will not matter much if Dak is back if our receivers can’t produce anymore than they have. Dak will be an upgrade (as he should be), but if our receiving core don’t show up a little more it will not matter.

I totally agree. The eagles at 6-0 will make them over confident during the season. When the start losing it'll come in droves.

Frankily, if you told me before the season we’d be 4-2 at this point even with a healthy Dak I would have taken it. Philly has a soft schedule and will probably take the division but we have a clear path to the top wild card seed. Everyone in the conference is beatable.

The call on Parson was the right call. It has been a penalty for 2 years. You can’t stand over a player and taunt them. The refs missed multiple holds on Parson and the false start on the 4th down play on the Eagles 1st TD, but they got that one right. Officials didn’t cost Dallas the game. Very poor QB play was the deciding factor here. Let’s not forget about the bone head call to go for it in 4th down at our 40 instead of challenging the spot as well.
