I still think we have the best QB or at least top 5 guy. The entire team was awful today. Defense cost us the game along with dumb fouls and the refs. Purdy lost 3 in a row. That make him bad? What about Allen? He has had a rough year, or does he get a pass? They might miss the playoffs. Why is Dak held to a higher standard? Dak must overcome the stupidity of his teammates at times. Then the refs. I still believe NN is a great SB winning HC. But I have issues with Dan Quinn and the lackluster effort today by him and the defense. Where the heck was Micah? Dak has 8 yrs of experience. What else do YOU need to see to change any standard?

Mine is simple…..delivery when it matters. We’re still waiting. No Dallas QB had this much slack, ever……he’s not the guy.

I don't know if he's going to win the MVP or if we're going to win every game but we need to stop dancing around it. Dak is playing the position better than any other QB in the game and has been for some time now. It's no longer about whether he's top 10 or "elite." It's about is anybody better. The argument could certainly be made that Purdy is certainly on the same level but that ignores the fact that he's getting WAY more YAC than Dak is and the main statistical advantage Purdy has right now is yards per attempt by 1.5 yards I believe and that is almost completely a result of the fact that the Niners' receivers are averaging 1.5 more yards per catch than the Cowboys' receivers. Purdy is clearly ballin, but Dak is ballin more! But at this point Dak and Purdy are 1 and 1a at the QB position. Nobody else is playing as well as those two.

I think we have a top 10 QB, an above average, QB that was playing at an MVP level before this game. All is not lost if he returns to MVP form. I’m concerned about his play on the road versus good teams. I have the same exact concerns about the entire team not showing up again on the road versus a winning team. I honestly believe that if Dak played lights out like he has since the bye then we still would have lost. They just beat us. But they beat us in a very concerning way. They shut down Dak and ran down our throats which is the playoff story for Cowboys. Discouraging loss, very discouraging.

The Cowboys have Trey Lance. They have no problems at the quarterback position. I’ve read it on CZ on a number of occasions. He’s a phenom. Dallas’ QB room is the strongest in the NFL. “Yeah, I said it.”
