He signed that 3 years ago….I’d probably say he’s at least 90.Chris Jones signed for 80 million. So is he worth more than Chris Jones?

Not hard enough apparently. Almost doesn't count. They tried to sign Von Miller.
Key word is tried. They tried to sign Von Miller.
Actually it paid off the way they did it.Not hard enough apparently. Almost doesn't count.
Good thing that they didn't over pay like Buffalo did.Key word is tried.
You can't say "it paid off" b.c that implies they didn't just back into a decent pass rush. Randy Gregory was plan A and that negotiation got botched. Von was gone before the draft so we settled for Dante Fowler jr.......... not exactly an equivalent talent. So, that put us in a position of having to draft Sam Williams in round 2 and that worked better than expected until his car crash.Actually it paid off the way they did it.
Fowler and Armstrong. You can't say "it paid off" b.c that implies they didn't just back into a decent pass rush. Randy Gregory was plan A and that negotiation got botched. Armstrong was our guy. We didn't have to go out and sign him. Plus, he was cheap. Jerry never figured him for anything more than a rotational guy.Fowler and Armstrong.
Armstrong was one of our free agents who they signed after the Gregory fiasco.Armstrong was our guy. We didn't have to go out and sign him. Plus, he was cheap. Jerry never figured him for anything more than a rotational guy.
Gotta pay to playGood thing that they didn't over pay like Buffalo did.
Buffalo made a huge mistake. They over paid and it hurt them.Gotta pay to play
It’s more about math than the front officeThis infatuation with the idea that the Cowboys could get Payne is unhealthy and delusional. Know your Front Office.
We know how it feels.Buffalo made a huge mistake. They over paid and it hurt them.
Because they can to make the team better. Can anyone remind me of the last time this team paid big money to a free agent that wasn't already a Cowboy? Lol, I just don't understand why anyone would think that Dallas would be in the market for any big name free agents
Again, when was the last time that happened?Because they can to make the team better.
They made the team better last year. They are in good position to make the team better this year. They know that they need receiver and dtackle in free agency and they can get the cap room that they need to do it.Again, when was the last time that happened?
We’ve signed the expensive WR off and on for 27 years with nothing to show for it.It’s more about math than the front office
We simply can’t put 20 mil in the DT position when you look at our cap space and coming FA
we have to sign
I’d love to have him but if I was spending big money on a position to have the biggest impact I think I’d spend on a WR over a DT
It’s all hope right now.Can anyone remind me of the last time this team paid big money to a free agent that wasn't already a Cowboy? Lol, I just don't understand why anyone would think that Dallas would be in the market for any big name free agents
We will miss ya buddyIt’s all hope right now.
I’m hoping they pull their heads out of their ***** and pull the trigger on someone that can actually help.
If they don’t, I think I might find another team.
Not trying to sound self righteous. Not implying that Jerry or Stephen should care. I just can’t keep watching the same thing over and over.
