That demonstrates actions and words.

You're wrong. Deal with it.

Did you even watch the draft last 3 years? Obviously not. Where was this grand plan to use 3 first rounders? Do you have a link that talks about it 3 years ago?

Get a clue.

If JG really did wanted to build a OLine with the high picks like SF did, we would not have picked Mo in 2012 with our 1st and the 2nd pick. JG had no such plans.

Surely even you, when you reread that post, understand why nobody is going to take the logic in it seriously.

Ok. I'll make it simple so that even you can understand it.

I need a vehicle and plan to buy a sports car. I went to the dealer. All sports cars were sold out so I bought a SUV. Was I planning to buy a SUV since I bought the SUV?

This is just a faulty analogy; it doesn't make your argument any better.

If you'd gone to the dealership planning to buy a sports car or, failing that, an SUV. And the sports car was taken before you could buy it, so you selected the SUV instead...did things go according to your original plan? Yes. They did.

What's more, would you give yourself credit for buying the SUV? Or would you pretend it was an accidental purchase?

First off, insult awards rarely make it to a plate for consuming...so for this reason, you are chopped.

Funny how people want to make up stuff to fit their story.

“It’s a hard thing to do,” Garrett said. “It started with Tyron Smith, it continued with some other decisions that we’ve made. And then certainly Travis Frederick came into the mix this offseason and has helped us. You need to have young, cornerstone players on your offensive line, and we’ve gone through that process over the last couple of years. I think we’re getting where we need to be.”

“We believe games in the National Football League are won up front,” coach Jason Garrett said. “If you look at the best teams in the league now and for a lot of years, they are able to control the line of scrimmage on the offensive side of the ball. We did that for years here when we won championships here in the ‘90s. You need to build the infrastructure of your team.”

By the way, did you know that when the outside temperature around a tank is about 136 degrees fahrenheit, that skin temperature inside the tank then is about 150+?

Water for rehydration is extremely important, and rarely noticed prior to the rush for plating a food.

We can thank Jerry for drafting Tyron and Frederick. Sometimes you have to give credit to where its due.

You can tell Garrett really believes this, this is why we haven't gone for WR and CB in rds 1-2 in last few years and spent our resources on DL

I honestly don't see how anyone can think Linehan isn't a difference maker. Would our offense be humming like this if we still had the same coaching/playcalling arrangement as we did last year? I doubt it.

That performance on Sunday night was one of the most balanced, efficient games I've seen a Dallas offense execute in ages. It was literally a thing of beauty.

Hell, we stuck with the run game even when we were down 21 points against the Rams. We couldn't stick to the run game when were WINNING games last year.

Linehan IS definitely making a difference. Kudos to the FO for bringing him in.

Seriously? Or are you just trolling?

If it was my plan to get a collection of SUVs, my first choice would have been to get the SUV and not the sports car.

These are reticent quotes.

Where are the quotes from 3 years ago that laid out this grand plan to use 3 first round picks on the OLine?

Quotes JG is spewing now doesn't mean anything. Funny how now the OLine is the talk of the town, JG wants us to believe it was his plan all along to draft Frederick and Martin and they were the main targets during the draft.

Jones deserves credit but again it is a group effort of scouts and coaches. When BP was here it was the same thing, when Wade was here same thing it is a group effort and at the end of the say the buck has to stop somewhere and that is normally with the GM but far from a solo job.

I think people are giving Linehan too much credit. The plays we are running....aren't much different than how and what we ran last year....execution is different however. LInehan has been good. Garrett has been good. Maranelli has been good.........and the scouting department and GM? Didn't have a terrible offseason looking back at it. Its a collective effort. Still a lot of football to be played.

Why not give Linehan credit? This is basically the same offense from a year ago. Garrett had this same offense and could not even muster up the type of production that Linehan was able to do. I don't understand the love that Garrett's gets around here. To me the less he does for this team, the better. I'm just being honest. Just call it addition by subtraction.

Totally agree. Sure the GM does get the limelight for pulling the trigger. But I bet there was considerable amount of research done before the draft and I think thats is paying us dividends. Benjamin Franklin once said that if its going to take him 6 hours to cut down the tree you might as well spend 5 hours sharpening the axe.

GM like any CEO is only going to be as good as the people he hires. So many people are involved in an NFL franchise it is never 1. Jerry is the man who has to make the final call you just hope he hires the right people and listens to their recommendations based on many long hours of work.
