I think the argument was that Owens never played well against ST because he was terrified of him. That still holds true and always will.
No, I remember the arguments quite well because I was quite amused by them. The argument was that he never played well against the Skins because Sean Taylor was not with the Skins when Owens was a 49er and Eagle. Nice try, but you struck out looking.

Hehe, justify it how you want, but it makes Glenn look ridiculous.

Incidentally I thought it was Owens which is why I included it, but it was Glenn.

Taylor makes glenn look ridiculous? HuH?

Glenn ran circles around that dude.

Watch the highlight vid I made of glenn last summer, I had a special sean taylor segment in there. Watch the last minute. Then tell me glenn looks ridiculous.

911 Operator: 911, what is the emergency?

Caller: There's a beat down in progress.

911 Operator: Can you describe what the victim is wearing.

Caller: Maroon, black and yellow.

my 3 favorite Glenn Catches were in there, his leaping finger tip grab againts the 'fins on thanksgiving (i think 06), his flea-flicker v.s. Kansas City (i remember him saying before the play he was counting the yards for his touchdown catch), and his leaping 1 handed grab over the saints cb

Dang it. I hit it when I hit people below the belt.

Especially when I forget the brass knuckles at home.

I'll get you in the balls w/ the brass if you don't tell me what I want to hear

did you, or did you not, finish one of those Stephen Ambrose books I recommended to you?

if you say you've started one, then I take it back ;)

My wife picked up the first one for me yesterday when she went to the library. I plan on starting it this weekend.

Yes. I was looking for your PM list but I have so many I am missing it. I do remember that as the one you told me to read first.

I'm interested to read it because my neighbor, Bill Lindskog, was in the Normandy Invasion. I am wondering what he'll tell me in relation to this.

probably not much, since Pegasus Bridge was taken by the British 6th Airborne for the Sword or Juno beaches, the British beaches

he'll probably relate to D-Day more

That terry glenn clip is a perfect example of Commander fans being... well Commander fans. The pass was incomplete and if Taylor wouldn't have been acting like a fool and running at a player after the ball is dead, Glenn wouldn't have flinched to begin with... plus, had he had the ball in his hands he wouldn't have flinched because the play wouldn't have been dead.

That and it was week 16 and the Cowboys I believe were down 28-7 at that point in the second half. Personally, I would rather see Terry Glenn play the next week than try to attempt to make an meaningless catch and get killed over it.

And look at the stats, Glenn has played very well against the Skins over the years and if you look at the games, the Cowboys had a fun time targeting Taylor over the years, particularly with Glenn.

TERENCE NEWMAN

The Cowboys signed the cornerback to a six-year, $50 million extension Tuesday. That's good news for Santana Moss. Newman hasn't played that well the last few years

This still hasn't been posted anywhere on the Washington Post's Web site (or anywhere else within Google's reach except here).

I smell a hoax.
