Dude go find someone else to attack. I'm not defending the refs other then they're human beings who make mistakes just like everyone. I wasn't happy with the call at the time and I'm not happy about it now but it didn't cost us the football game. This isn't about me and don't make it about me. Now move on before I start reporting your posts.

You conveniently blame the pass rush, but if the Packers are penalized for offensive holding, I guarantee Irving starts getting to Rodgers. You have been sent by the NFL to defend their positions, I"m convinced of it. Don't threaten other posters, they've not been disrespectful to you, they are angry about the NFL's officiating, and you've made it ABOUT YOU because you believe the refs can do no wrong. Stop.

Agreed.
How can anyone say the refs can't cost a game? How are numerous mistakes by the refs that cost one team more than the other any different than a team who turns the ball over more than the other?
If you cannot believe this is possible, the league wins and there will never be any change.

Because some people dont go their whole lives thinking their misfortunes are someone elses fault. We should have scored a TD on the Bailey FG drive and not given them a chance. Jones should have covered his man on the 36 yard pass. We should have come out in the first half with the same gameplan as the one from the second half. The refs made mistakes but we made more.

I keep going back to this game, but for me it was the day the league became crystal clear. If anyone thinks the refs can't affect a game, watch the Pitt-Seattle Super Bowl again. To deny it is a little silly after watching that.

And don't tell me to stop watching the games then. I'd love to stop and not care, but the Star is in my blood. And I have almost entirely stopped watching non-Dallas games since that Super Bowl. It's just not interesting enough to me when the biggest dramatic moment is waiting to see if the yellow penalty box lights up on the screen on every big play, and almost knowing for sure based on team and score whether it will show up or not.

Huh? So if you are driving your car down a two way street and some drunk driver veers out of his lane and hits you head on, is it your fault for driving on that road at that moment?
Don't be ignorant, the league loves people like you. The NFL is a league of parity meaning there is very little difference in talent between most teams, if you think the refs can't and don't manipulate outcomes you are sadly mistaken.

Might want to read this book while at it:

While all of that is true, it's just ridiculous to say in a game decided by inches and single points, officiating can't make a difference. I said all the time in the 70s that a lot of our wins were helped by officiating. A close cousin was a hug Vikings fans, and it was impossible to deny the Boys got the favorable calls against Minn every single time they played.

He still pings me every all the time saying that week's particular Cowboys screwing was payback for all those calls. And trust me, he's no Cowboys fan but he is quick to recognize the obvious.

The defense should have stopped Green Bay on their final drive but they didn't because of incompetent officiating.

Anyone who thinks a poor job by the refs can't cost a team a game is naive.

Hey, I take responsibility for my mistakes, I expect the Cowboys will take responsibility and get better next year.

The trouble is, that even with their mistakes, They could have won if the game had been called fairly.

What's gnawing away at every Dallas fan is that we WON'T KNOW HOW A FAIRLY CALLED GAME WOULD HAVE TURNED OUT. Caps for Emphasis, not yelling. At the end of a playoff game, we should know!!!

Exactly the SAS and Shannon Sharpes of the sports media world is catering to the haters and there are thousands upon thousands of Cowboys haters that climaxed in their pants on social media last weekend when the Cowboys lost and the most interesting of all most of those haters are fans of teams the Cowboys beat in the regular season when it comes to the ratings and decline in SB tickets sales the NFL is getting exactly what they deserve.
Yeah...that's their one good orgasm of the year. Better remember it.

Dude, you're off your rocker if you think I was sent by the NFL. That points to how far away your driveway is from reaching the road. You have no clue what being disrespectful to other posters are anymore than you know why we keep losing divisional round games. A pic was posted of Irving being held on one play and you think that was happening to him the entire game? The officials made a mistake on a call but our defense made a lot more mistakes which is why the Cowboys are sitting home. Practically every time the Cowboys lose you target the officiating because you have nothing else better to do. The officiating didn't cost us the game, our defense did and until we fix it the D will continue costing us playoff games.

a holding call on the Packers offensive line with 3 seconds to go would have sent the game into overtime, and a tie at the end of regulation. So, you're trying to say that a tie at the end of regulation is an inevitable Dallas loss because the D didn't play a perfect game. You defend the NFL and put down the Cowboys, that doesn't sound like a Cowboys fan to me, or to most who've enduring your referee defending bias.

This is nothing. You should have seen him defending blandino after the Dez catch a couple of seasons ago. I am convinced they're kin.

I don't even think he is a Dallas fan. He reminds me of a poster from a long time ago named Nors who was really a Pats fan. He trolls for attention and writes books in response.

I wouldn't give him the pleasure and just ignore him. He adds nothing of real substance.

Nothing against you. But to say the referees dont decide games. The facemask on bease in the Pittsburgh game could have costed us because it wasnt called. IF they didnt make the same mistake again on the next play we lose that game. Was that because of our defense?

The refs missed a clear holding call on Claiborne on a 3rd down that would have given the Packers a new set of downs and the non call probably cost them points. A lot of holding calls are missed, it happens all the time on both sides. Don't try and put words into my mouth and spin crap that's completely ludicrous. If you don't think I'm Cowboys fan or some shill for the league than put me on ignore. You won't do it because you won't have anyone to attack and argue with.

My only defense of the officials is they're human and make mistakes. I've complained about calls but the officiating didn't cost us the game. We had a call against us vs the Lions in the playoffs that was picked up and gave us a chance to win that game. Your perception is about as bad and hilarious as I've seen. No one is going to learn anything from you other than how to be a true blue homer. Until you loosen up your FAN cap your views will continue to be incredibly skewed and comical.

I am setting KKK or whatever he calls himself to 'ignore'. Life is too short to put up w/those intent to vandalize and litter, be it literal or in our shared conversational spaces.
