I think you're mistaken there. Only SB either has coached a team in was the one between them. John (Baltimore) beat Jim (San Fran). So whether you're talking about Conference Championship "rings" or Super Bowl Rings and either John or Jim, it's still only 1.

Does seem so. But remember Hue Jackson was an offensive guru in Cincinnati which is why he got the Cleveland job. So, was he not that in Cincinnati, or are the circumstances not the same in Cleveland, or is he simply a good OC, but not a good HC? Probably some of all.

I do find it interesting that guys like Belichick can turn over half their ballclub from year to year and still win; but if Garrett loses a starter or two on the Cowboys for a couple of weeks, the wheels come off. Why is that?

Belichick is a defensive guru and manages the Cap well but I’m not sure without Brady he’s winning 5 Super Bowls.

Belichick and Brady are one of if not the best HC/QB duo in NFL history. Take either one out of the equation though and the results are most likely much different.
