His market value in terms of money is probably set. I'm thinking he's trying to get a 2 year deal instead of the customary Jones favored 1 year dealMakes you wonder how an older guy with a limited market is dragging his feet lol.
Must be seeing if he can get above market value
I kind of like when Dallas does 2 year deals because usually there is an escape clause after 1 with very little money lost. His market value in terms of money is probably set. I'm thinking he's trying to get a 2 year deal instead of the customary Jones favored 1 year deal
He is probably hoping he can drag it out until after training camp. Dallas probably isn't offering a lot for him due to him not having a huge market so why not drag it out and miss training camp. His comp probably won't be better signing early.Makes you wonder how an older guy with a limited market is dragging his feet lol.

The translation to me is that Jerry is stepping in, Hankins is too important to our structure to lose because of Stephen’s low ball haggling.Translate: Hankins doesn't there offer but Stephen is daring him to find a better one.........lol
If you look at the contracts offered to the depth guys, they a seem to universally be the same across the board. The translation to me is that Jerry is stepping in, Hankins is too important to our structure to lose because of Stephen’s low ball haggling.
Jerry Jones owns the Cowboys, not the Patriots.Jerry will toss in a "happy ending" to "sement" the deal.
He's better than that.Hankins is a vet minimum guy at this point in his career. They’d be better off finding an upgrade.
He's better than that.
