Well everything came out this morning, and the guy didn't have an ID on him, and gave the police luckys name, birth date, and social. Mistakes happen, I'm glad he got this cleared up. Team wise, I think the team did the proper thing. He was too much of a distraction

There is no doubt the team had their people check the law enforcement system and it confirmed a warrant was out for Lucky. A situation like this is one in a million.

So the question now is, how did the perp have all of Lucky's info like his social security number?

Hey just an FYI to zoners out there. In this situation, he just gave luckys basic info. But most of that can be found easily now. Identify theft is a big deal nowadays. I've personally seen fake passports and IDs that can pass easily. The new gig is to get a fake passport with the individuals name and then goto the DMV with that to get new driver license. The passport runs around 1200-1500 cash money

The reason they are using fake passports is because the DMV aren't as highly trained at detecting fakes.

• Any application for cellular phone, any services application
• Mail
• Actually seen luckys social security card
• Any old job application - knows someone who works there
• Any old school application - knows someone who works there
• Gym membership - their database or actual application
• Leasing office of any place he has lived
• NFL website to get his full name and dob or cowboys website
• Hacked his computer, email, or phone
• Bank
• Websites that sell that info
• Family
• Car lot/ car dealership
• Skip tracing services sold his info and or knows someone who works there
• Has connects with equifax or any other credit sompany
• Military records

His timing was terrible too, given all the bad press lately.
But this WAS NOT all about him possibly stealing something from a store.
