That 2 game suspension wouldn't be too bad. If I remember correctly, the Cowboys get TN's 4th rd pick in 2009 if Pacman is suspended by the league during the 2008 season. A two game suspension would allow an extra 4th rd pick in 2009. Scandrick, Jenkins, Newman and Henry should be able to hold the fort down barring injury.

I speculate that DeMarcus Ware will be suspended for 10 years for eating Tostitos.

If Pacman keeps his nose clean and says all the right things, he will be at training camp. He already served the length of suspension he was given. All he has to do is keep his nose complete to be reinstated. If he does, he will be in training camp. Mark it.

Agreed. He is very inconsistent. Wade Wilson gets a 4 game suspension because he was taking HGH due to his diabetes, yet Belichick is filming teams, and he gets no suspension at all.

And, I don't applaud him for suspending guys. I could care less. I like football and the more talent out on the field the better the game is. What these guys do in there off time doesn't make me lose sleep. I want to be entertained.

I am more bothered by highly paid athletes who act as if their post-college career is a learning experience in the niceties of society.
A small minority of athletes seem to have been raised by wolves. And they act our in the worst way.

That is where Goodell comes in.

Goodell has to act as an enforcer lest the league be run over by man-childs who suddenly get big money and don't know how to act.

Yeah, Goodell gets on my nerves sometimes, but that is the position he's been put in by out-of-control athletes who are mental midgets.

But there needs to be a valid reason for it.

Or if you are Belichick and you decided to take the other teams information illegally it's alright because Roger Goddell will forgive you...

But if you are Pac Man Jones you can forget it cause of the shade color of your skin and your back-ground you do not stand a chance.... He's trying to get rid of that type in the NFL....

As I said before.....it makes NO difference to me what he did on his own time. As long as he plays within the rules on the field and entertains me then I like the guy. Football is full of bad guys. That's what makes it great.
