A better question -- and the one that seems to weight heavily is whether he was straight with the commish. He's already been caught in a few lies. e.g., Adam: "I don't go to strip clubs anymore" Commish: "Really, then why did my security staff see you go into one last night?" e.g., Adam: "I had nothing to do with the shooting in Vegas", Commish "so why did you pay $15,000 to others involved in the incident?"

I'd say that is getting into trouble.

And if your statements were factual - which they're not - then Pacman should be banned - end of story.

But spare us the inconistancies and the 'twisting in the wind' vindictiveness that's playing out here.

If Pacman has done something worthy of punishment, punish him.

If he hasn't - let him get back on the field to try and
straighten himself out.

Pacman has a long history of problem I would not expect a 1st or even 2nd time offender to be treated the same as a player with multiple run ins. When Dallas signed him it was understood there were no guarantees of reinstatement so I don’t see why anyone is getting upset.

Jerry knew that which is why we made the type of deal with Tenn that we did.

If and when Pacman is reinstated I hope he knows it could be the last chance.

You want to be mad at some then be mad at Pacman he brought all of this on himself. I find it strange that Goodell is catching hell because Pacman can't control himself. I don't think Goodell gets off on suspending players but the ideal that a player can do what ever he wants is not going to fly any longer.

I hated how it ended. Players suspended, 1 dead from an overdose. Irvin getting busted was not one of my favorite moments in Cowboy history. As a fan I was not proud of that at all.

I'm glad the criminal justice system doesn't work this way. Just imagine getting a jail sentence, serving the entire sentence, then the prosecutor coming in and saying, "Well, I think we'll add a few more months to that sentence."
