Its fitting I can't stop the pass, I have the 30th defense int he league but leading the league in sacks. 9 games in opposing qbs are completing 69% of their passes. Somehow I have 14 ints but no matter the formation i can't cover worth crap. Only good thing is I can score at ease, dunbar in the slot on 11 personal is unstoppable. Any tips on playing pass defense I would appreciate, because my guys are no where near the ball when its completed. Of course maybe i need to change my style from aggressive to balanced or conservative.

Nope, XBOX 360. But if you can't find it, i suggest just taking the most downloaded or most "liked" sliders for both player and CPU sliders.

I always change the Cowboys defensive playbook and take the 4-3 playbook or the Seahawks/49ers playbook. I blitz like crazy and usually play man to man coverage. (If i'm not playing coach mode). If it's a franchise...upgrade your players awareness a lot.

I use a custom playbook with attacking style 4-3 defense plays. Its insane if I can't get the sack in seconds the CPU QB finds a WIDE Open guy and none of my guys are near. Now if the CPU throws a long bomb I can intercept it easy but all the underneath and intermediate stuff I get eaten alive. 9 games in I have given up almost 3100 total yards I had Luke McCown break the all time singel game passing record on me. They lost but he completed 89% of his passes. In years past I would get a 21 point lead and just pass rush and tear up the opposing offense this year not so much.

Then i'd suggest adjusting either the QB accuracy sliders or the pass defense sliders a bit, to make it more realistic. It's needed to make the game feel more "real".

Tried that, right now I that anything short of going extreme on the sliders such as qb acc/play recog/coverage. I will get it evenetually usually by year 3 int he franchise my defense is pretty much lockdown.

I highly recommend the "Smitty Sliders-cpu/plyr" off of PS3/4. Took Derek's advice and looked up most DL/Liked and have had two very realistic games with them so far. Suppose to switch back to All Madden but sliders feels fair and authentic. I also saw where a lot of sim folks recommended putting the game speed on slow and it does make the run game easier/and allows for traps/counters without getting TFL half the time. just fyi

Dallas went from an 81 overall to a 75 for online play because of last week's loss. We are almost unplayable now on defense online =(

It is so awful. I ran the 46 defense but my personnel get overmatched by everyone. I have to use Oscan as my FS because of his speed and hope to intercept, because the rest of the defense lacks speed. Carr and Claiborne get burned over the top by every team's 1 and 2 receivers.
