I walked into the room right after it happened. I heard them talking about someone hurt. There was a Duke player on screen walking with his back to the camera, looked like his hand was on his forehead. They cut to 'ville guys sitting on the floor, talking about gruesome so I kept looking for blood or something. Then they showed the replay and I felt like throwing up.

Kevin Ware's injury is probably the worst I have ever seen. His bone was sticking out of his skin. Never have seen that. Makes me sick.

Prayers go out to him and that he can make a full recovery.

I think a clean bone break is better than an ankle or knee looking like that.

I had that happen to my arm when I was in 4th grade.

Halfway between my elbow and wrist, snapped right in two. In a cast 6-8 weeks.

A leg will take longer to heal though, I'm sure. Since it is a thicker bone, and has to withstand more weight, more impact, etc.

I think they are saying a year.

If the Cuse can win their second NCAA title they'll join a small group that has won 2 or more...and will make it 5 of them in the ACC.
It wouldn't surprise me if UConn joins eventually as well.
