Marty B..." I wanted to hit favre in the mouth"

Good! I hope he and every player on the team stay pissed and let that seeth inside them for the next year and they remember this in every practice, workout, study session, etc.

Stay pissed and do something about it like they did this year against Philly

Some of you guys are just TOOLS. There was NO excuse for throwing the ball to the end zone on that play. It was classless any way you want to look at it. Our defense was playing the run on that play, as they should have. ANY team with any self respect would've run the ball in that spot. I hope Favre gets broke in half next week.

i liked what Aikman said "you don't like it? do something about it" -- don't ***** if your D isn't playing hard and you get scored on.

I've never understood this whole "blame the victim" mentality some folks have these days.

Sportsmanship is about what you do, not about the other guy. It's about showing respect to your opponent. The whole notion of "it's the other guy's job to stop me from being a jerk" is as clear an example of missing the point as you will ever see.

Marty b just said on the postgame show that what favre and the vikings did was wrong and did not show respect to the game and that the team already talked about it in the locker room because we go up there next year again.

He said they already beat us and there was no reason to embarrass us.

Thank you marty b.

Favre and childress are going to regret that, no doubt about it...you simply dont do that stuff.,

Hey Guess what Marty B you tool, 99% of Cowboys fans would like to hit YOU in the mouth after your piss poor season where you drop balls and don't know where to line up or what routes to run 15 games in the season. Shut up you tool.

That's a false argument by Troy. The game was over and our D
was not interested anymore, so the do such a thing the lowest of the low.
An act of cowards

Brooking comes in here one year and already showing to be the spiritual leader of this team. Love the guy.

But why not follow protocol? You're not losing the game. You're in field goal range. A FG wouldn't have bothered me at all. It's the fact that they were playing like they were trying to WIN the game that bothered me. Just kick the damn FG.

That proves they were running it up. Why put your QB in a position to get sacked and possibly hurt for a TD that did nothing but make the game seem more dominating? You had your win, why would you do that?

How dumb would the Vikings look if Favre got injured on that play and couldn't go next week?

Quit whining...I"m with Jimmy on this one. Maybe you're rewarding the TE for owning DWare all game long by blocking instead of being the big time target he's been all year...maybe you're doing what you think you need to do regarding next week.

Bottom line, it's the defense's job to stop them and not their responsibility if you half-*** it thinking they won't throw the ball.

Defense played well for most of the game...don't whine when it's over.

Brett would have gotten a broken jaw with Marty B's stone hands hitting him.

I personally thought it was bush league, and like George Gervin always says "what goes around comes around." Karma's a *****!!!!

I was hoping that they would get the ball back and that one of our guys hit him straight in the mouth....well worth the penalty!

I wouldn't be surprised if Favre checked off to that play. Childress may not have called for it. We all know that Favre doesn't listen to Childress anyway.

How about stopping them on 4th down.

They went for it on 4th down, we didn't. We lost.
Agree. If your winning, aren't you titled to do what you like?

Agree with Marty for once. Classless turds...but hey, as guys keep saying Karma is a ***** and I think they go right into the Dome next week and lose. They're better than the Saints all around, and I have nothing to base it on but a gut feeling: just think the Saints can emotionally override them. Wishful thinking? Maybe....but we'll see soon enough.

Childress has always been a punk... I thought better of Favre until today...

Favre is as phony as they come.

The Michael Strahan sack says all you need to know about his character.
