Marty B..." I wanted to hit favre in the mouth"

I don't get it??

He said he could kinda see why we'd be upset since the Cowboys did it to him and Reggie back in 96 or 97.

seriously

was our O supposed to kneel down and run out the clock?

the lengths people go to be PC...

Payback is a *****. I hope Favre comes back and we put it on them next year.

It'd be nice to get up by 4 or 5 scores, then blitz his white trash *** with 10 seconds to go in the game. Maybe knock a hole in that fat head of his.

And there Romo was, at the end of the game, doing smoochy smooch with Favre.

I was wondering if Wade shook Childress' hand.

Yup, after they hit us in the mouth.

I can't believe you guys. We were still using all our timeouts and going for it on 4th down on our own 20 yard line. So they're supposed to run the ball three times and punt it back to us to do it again?

Brad is a punk, no doubt, I hate the guy. He hates us with every fiber of his being. But there's nothing wrong with what he did. And why the hate for Favre? He didn't call the play.

If we didn't like it, we should have stopped them.

stopping the TD still doesn't stop the intent. That's why it isn't done during the regualr season either..at least for the most part. They didn't have to worry about seeing them again until next year otherwise I guarantee they wouldn't have pulled that.

Wow, just wow. Talk about a bitter *****.

Agreed. Our offense is expected to go out and still try to score. Why expect Minnesota to do anything different? To be PC?

He didn't bring that up did he? There are no players on that team that played today. I hope he didn't bring that nonsense up. That makes him sound pretty bad.

That was to set a RECORD...idiot Brett!

Wow..if this is true he's a complete tool.

Marty b just said on the postgame show that what favre and the vikings did was wrong and did not show respect to the game and that the team already talked about it in the locker room because we go up there next year again.

He said they already beat us and there was no reason to embarrass us.

Thank you marty b.

Favre and childress are going to regret that, no doubt about it...you simply dont do that stuff.,

Well it is simple Marty don't let them maybe if you guys play better it be a non issue. I am not even upset they put an extra dagger in this team heart. Sounds like the cries of a team that got their arse handed to them

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of that either.

The only thing that's "embarrasing" is that so many of my fellow cz'ers seem to have no knowledge of (or interest in) the concept of sportsmanship.

People in general don't anymore...

I hate the "in your face" attitude of today's athletes with their trash talk and antics...

When I grew up, a sportsmanship award was the most prestigious award you could obtain, now they don't even issue them anymore...

One of the Cowboys should had sent a late shot to Favre and the whole issue would have been over.

Whether you agree with Marty B and Keith Brooking or not, it's fuel to the fire. Adds motivation. I like it.

i liked what Aikman said "you don't like it? do something about it" -- don't ***** if your D isn't playing hard and you get scored on.

And that's when I wanted to punch Aikman. :D

If the Cowboys were really that upset then why didn't someone bury Favre head first into the turf after he throws that TD? Late hit or not, its actions not words that make any impact on the field.

The Cowboys lost their will after Romo's pick.

Yep, I don't get Troy's commentary there.

I'm sure Roger had a completely different thought.

Favre is as phony as they come.

The Michael Strahan sack says all you need to know about his character.

Agreed. Farve has always been a pill popping phoney, he loves himself and cares about only himself like TO.

Obviously too many here have no idea what the term sportsmanship means. No surprise. It was around a longtime before PC was ever known. In many ways it is the opposite of PC. But then again the ignorant know nothing.

Fair question. It would have been an unsportmanslike penalty due to "unsportmanship"

not like the penalty yards on the kickoff would have made a difference in the gameplan to comeback from 31 w/ 2 min left
