The '00-'03 Lakers and Jordan Bulls would easily beat this bunch. I'm sure a couple of those Spurs teams over the last decade would beat them as well.

Mavs really have no chance. Miami D is strong, Miami O is off the charts. Mavs did very well, much better than ever expected, to get this far, but it's just not fair right now. No team in history would have a chance to win a series against this Heat team. (except maybe Showtime Lakers...)

basketball is so much different now, I can't even imagine how good the fast break for the Showtime Lakers would have been if they were able to take 3,4 steps without dribbling. and as I say that the refs call Kidd for dragging his pivot foot. lol Lebron doesn't have to have one.

ANY champion from the last 30 years would be favored over the heat except maybe the 06 "champions", they got lucky that the league Is in transition, no great teams in their prime besides them.

I honestly think we have to start playing dirty. Next time Wade goes for a dunk, have Brian Cardinal or Corey Brewer elbow him in the jaw. Throw James into the front row a couple times.

It's not that they are calling bad fouls on the mavs, most of it has been fouls, it's that

A) the mavs take pansy fouls! They need to take some Bruce Bowen/Robert horry, youre not getting an and 1 fouls!

B) the heat aren't getting called for fouls or travels or obvious technical situations *cough* wade *cough*

GOD I wish Duncan and ginobili were in their prime!

Like right there, if I'm Carlisle I tell someone to tackle Lebron when he does that. Jordan used to try that move on Detroit and Bill Lambeer would literally grab him and throw him into the crowd.
