there should be a rule that when a ref calls a foul on a BS flop the player the foul is called on gets to punch the ref in the face.

If there is any flop that warrants that, then Wade's flop takes the cake. I remember them implementing the flop rule, but to my memory, I don't recall a fine ever being given to anyone. The NBA should use FIBA's rule of calling a technical foul right on the spot.
