@SportsSturm @tweetgrubes @junior_miller I asked Lebron if he could break a dollar. He said he could only give me 3 quarters.

Breaking news: Lebron James is taking his talents to Vancouver. Found out they only have to play 3 periods in the NHL, not 4.

Sunday can't get here soon enough. It's been 5 long years but we're finally getting a little payback for the 2006 Finals that were essentially handed to the Heat by the refs.

Remember, this series isn't over. Everyone thought the series was over after game two back in 2006.

Let the fat lady sing before you believe revenge is happening. We've seen what the NBA front office can do to a series if it decides it wants to sway it.

Funny how the commentators had to be tweeted so many times to finally actually speak about the Mavs. Everything is always about the Heat--win or lose. They came around some yesterday--maybe talking about Miami 65 and Dallas 35%....or something like that.

The Mavs need one more, but these are AT Miami. I said Dallas in 7 at the beginning of this thing and I'd be just fine with that!

I hope the "Dirk is soft" BS has long been buried by now. It could not be further from the truth. And that was another great team performance last night.

No big heads though...you have to win FOUR games.

As for the revenge thing (it it actually happens)....maybe a little. But these are two very different teams.

GO MAVS

I will say this though. If Dirk lights it up in the 4th quarter to seal this championship, I think that will immortalize him as one of the NBA's all-time greats. People will always look back as what he did in all of these games in the 4th of the playoffs as miraculous. Very Jordan like. Willing your team to win game after game in the 4th quarter.

I haven't been watching the games, but I do watch the highlights. To see Dirk posterize players with his post moves is shocking to see. That was something Dirk just didn't do the first 10+ years in the league.

It's weird to see a 7 footer backdown a player and still be 8 feet away, spin and run right by him and dunk. Shaq used to do that from 3-4 feet away, but never 8+. Only players like Jordan, LeBron, etc who had such a quick spin and first step. Dirk truly is a double threat now. He can get you in the paint and on the arc.

The "Mavs are soft" label should be long gone after these playoffs. They've come back down in the 4th quarter time and time again. They not only beat every team they've faced, but completely broken them down mentally. They made the back to back champions quit and completely lose their poise. They left the Thunder in tears and bewildered. And now they're in the process of leaving the Lebron legacy forever tarnished.

I'm not hearing the fat lady yet, but I'm breathing a little easier today.
