The wearing black part is true. They said they did that throughout the playoffs for games they could clinch. But I have no idea on the other part.

I just don't much care for bandwagon fans which is what you are. And you have basically said as much. Switched from the Mavs because times got hard, so you went to the Celtics because they win alot. I'm sad to hear you are still a Cowboy fan.

Bandwagon fan - 1. Anyone who claims they are a "fan" of a particular sports team, even though they had no prior support for/interest in the team until that team started winning.

2. Switches support to whatever team/game/allegiance/belief happens to be successful at the time.

You said you went "back to your old team - the Celtics" which indicates you had dumped your old team - the Celtics.

I can understand getting into the Mavericks if you had moved to Dallas, but I'm not real big on bandwagon jumping. Dirk has been in Dallas since what? 1998? So it's not as that "Wuss" was new to the team you first decided you liked then later decided you didn't like in 2006. That's bandwagon jumping.

As for talking to you when the Mavs get to 17, I have to ask what the hell you are talking about? I never said the Mavs were as good a franchise as the Celtics. It was you who indicated you jumped off the Celtics bandwagon then later jumped back on when you decided to jump off the Mavs bandwagon.
