Oh that's peachy....maybe by his 10th season he has this QB thingy down pat. Just in time to retire.

Like Sean Leach and now Zeke, Dak is joining the list of projects that did not pan out and are near or at expiration date.

Not one of those QBs you named has had to carry their team. Goff played for some pretty good teams in Los Angeles. They leaned a lot on their running game that had over 200 yards against the Cowboys in the playoffs in 2018. Jimmy G has been a bus driver his entire career. Go add up how many times he’s had to attempt over 40 to 50+ passes a game. Not a single one of those QBs has had to throw the ball as much as Dak. You obviously didn’t look into this very closely. There’s a reason Dak has had so many 400+ yard games.

I'm sorry, but Dak didn't have Zeke to rely on? Did I miss something? As for the reason Dak has 400+ yard games it's because they more often than not were behind and Dak compiled stats....so your point is what?
Dak has 9 career 400+ yard passing games....Rivers has 11, Palmer has 8, Cousins and Fitzpatrick have 6, and Burrow has 5.....does that mean anything other than personal stats?

I guess he figured this out right after trying to play hero ball into triple coverage? I believe he actually knows and believes what he's saying, but once the pressure's on, BOOM!

Hopefully I'm wrong this time.
He never threw into triple coverage. Watch the Voch video, he has the all 22.

The one to Brown, the single high safety came over from the middle and CeeDee's guy came off CeeDee from below. Dak probably shouldn't have thrown it but it sure wasn't triple coverage. I blame the OC for having CeeDee & Brown in the same area or one of them blew the route. The right and middle deep had no receiver and made it easy for the safety to get there.

The one to CeeDee, he was matched up with a LB running a vertical route up the middle. Safety on the right was turned towards the right and the Safety on the left was far enough away to find CeeDee. But safety on the right managed to flip back around in time to break up the pass. It was the correct read just missed a potential td by inches.

not just that, but he's listing int totals of guys that have been backups and bench warmers for large portions of their careers lol. yeah you don't throw picks when you're not playing

All were starters so sorry to say you are not correct.

It shouldn't take until the 7th season for a QB to start figuring things out.
Like Romo, who threw lots of INTs and fumbled plenty on sacks, Dallas never had a decent defense, so both QBs had to take chances and throw into coverage to have any chance of winning. It has literally been decades of knowing when the other team got the ball last, our defense would lose the game.

He relied on Zeke for three seasons but beginning in year four he had to start carrying the team. He had almost 5000 yards passing in 2019, completing over 65% of his passes with a passer rating of almost 100.0. That doesn’t point to him having trouble reading defenses. That’s the discussion I’m having. QBs that have trouble reading defenses don’t have those type of stats. Don’t know where you’re attempting to go with this but you might want to go back and read the comment I responded to from the other poster. It’s about Dak’s ability to read defenses.

So you haven't a clue what you're talking about.

Perhaps you should sit out conversations on topics you don't know about

I see, so because I do not shake the pom poms for Dak then I should stay out of conversations? Damn man go wear your blue in many aspects proudly.

He has never been a big turn over guy. If anything I want him to be aggressive and take running lanes when available.

Some QBs are talented. Some are smart.
Dak is neither but he's a good citizen.

Yeah, it's not like his vicious dogs ever get loose and tear up the affluent neighborhood or anything. Wait, or was that Zeke's?

portions. Jimmy G spent 3 years behind Brady. Bridgewater was Brees Backup (and is currently a backup) , mariotta got benched for Tannehil and then went to the Raiders as a backup. Multiple years of their respective careers not playing

Jameis Winston had over 5,000 yards passing....I guess he carried the team like Dak did...except Dak led Dallas to an 8-8 record whereas Winston only led TB to a 7-9 record....

Yet Jimmy G. has more playoff games and wins than Dak and beat Dak in the playoffs last season.....and last I checked Dak has missed an entire season so far so not sure where you are going.

Literally any NFL pro personnel will tell you Dak is a top 10ish QB, but the people that hate him are positive he's one of the worst qbs in the league.

It's terrific how much they know as opposed to people who live, eat, and breathe football. The argument is stale and ridiculous.

I will say Dak needs to re-establish himself after the 9ers game and some of the other games towards the back of the year. You combine that with Tampa and being out injured, and it becomes critical he proves himself yet again. That isn't for the fans, but for himself.
