It's going to be a crazy bidding war for McCarthy. You wonder if the Patriots fire Vrabel now.
Total dick move, I expected better from Jerry.sooooo what was the purpose of denying his interview with the bears?
They are probably the two candidates.Kellen Moore ......remember he's going find someone willing to take the deal Mike is leaving on the table........
Ben ain’t coming hereOk well get on with it before Ben johnson or prime time get picked up by other teams.
Johnson has already informed teams he wants complete roster control. No point in even interviewing here.Time to start the process of lining up interviews.
Ben Johnson may have too steep and asking price. But, I'd still bring him in to pick his brain about his offensive philosophy, roster building thoughts, etc.
I'd use all the interviews for informative purposes.
I don't much care for you... but I absolutely hope you are correct.I really hope Jerry wants McCarthy but McCarthy doesn’t want Jerry.
If for nothing else but to hurt Jerry’s ego just a little.
I'm sure Jerry had to factor in the budget he has for Uncrustables in the McCarthy negotiations which is why he low balled him. Now he can open his wallet back up for a real coach! They are probably the two candidates.
I just wish they were fatter.
100% .......I would hire him and not look back.I will say that McCarthy seems to be an ideal fit for the Chicago job though. If he gets a real chance there he should take it and not look back
He interviewed McClay... it's good.Rooney rule first.
Yeah honestly Johnson is in such a good position he doesnt need to take an interview with the Cowboys that he knows wont work out. That dude can be very selective this offseason and if he doesnt get what he wants he goes back to a loaded offense and evaluates the market in 2026, similar to what DQ did.Johnson has already informed teams he wants complete roster control. No point in even interviewing here.
