Seriously. How could any reasonable employer keep employing someone who performs like this?

He doesn't call plays. He hired Nolan. What does he do here except make game-breaking decisions?

This guy is a billion times worse than Garrett. Just not even close.

Here is the real problem..

Everyone makes mistakes.. Hiring McCarthy was a mistake.. I knew it immediately but hey.. Jones’s didn’t.


The real problem comes when they don’t make a quick decision to move on.. They will keep give him more time which will only cost us more seasons.

There is a lot of built in excuses for McCarthys failure but how many of those excuses had anything to do with decisions we have seen this year?


We will waste more time and years because it’s how they operate.

Trevor Lawrence was our 1 way ticket back to glory but they will make too many conservative moves to ever get us out of this mediocre cycle.

 

His coaching decisions are so bad that I'm starting to wonder if he's trying to lose on purpose but not lose the team. That or he hates the Cowboys and wants to sabotage us

 

I dont mind agressiveness im actually for it

but allowing that fake punt reverse and allowing a drop back pass on 4th and 1 is inexcusable

Doesnt change the fact that this team sucks and isnt going anywhere. Redskins are putting this team together properly. They take lineman with top 5 picks instead of RB's. Gibson was the best RB on the field today and they got him in the 3rd round. In fact, the way I saw it, Zeke was the 5th best RB today.

Exactly....TL is the ticket back to glory. There are some buffoons here that say we need more than just a QB...but you start with your franchise QB on a rookie contract and build your team from there. High picks in every round plus FA and flush the toilet on the talentless scrubs just earning a paycheck on this team. This is why signing Dak long term now is not the answer... paying too much on a limited QB while rebuilding is just plain stupid.
