And Ty Hilton is old and doesn’t play special teams. I just don’t think signing him right now is a viable solution.Tolbert doesn't have speed.
For 4 weeks while Brandin Cooks heals? Why not.And Ty Hilton is old and doesn’t play special teams. I just don’t think signing him right now is a viable solution.
Well, we don’t know that it’s going to be 4 weeks. For 4 weeks while Brandin Cooks heals? Why not.
Lewis' play as the slot corner was not fairly poor. It was fairly good. Bland's has been better, which is what you want to see ... a player actually be upgraded not because he's bad but simply because someone is better.Who said it wasn’t? Nor does it change the fact that Lewis play was on the downside even prior to the injury and that Bland probably should have already been awarded the slot position due to fairly poor play by Lewis.
No it was poor. And there were quite a few calls (justifiable) for his benching prior to the injury!Lewis' play as the slot corner was not fairly poor. It was fairly good. The key is to find out if Hilton is in running shape or not. If he is, bring him on. He already knows the playbook.Well, we don’t know that it’s going to be 4 weeks.
Then you sign Hilton. It takes him a week or two to get up to speed and into playing shape.
Cooks is back before Hilton is ready to make an impact anyway.
That one causes concern. He is so good and still a baby. But don’t want him rushed. Let him heal so we can get the mauler backNot looking good for Tyler.
Yep, so you would basically hail just about anyone.I’d hail the return of legit depth any day of the week. Certainly a chance one of these top 3 guys misses games. It’s the difference between Kelvin Joseph in Jacksonville having to play. Can cost you games, sending, etc.
