Hes not going to play over bland. You mean he might play in nickel as a 4th corner?
prob because of his injury plus him bein in his final year hell be depth, but as we saw last year itll be good to have him back. Plus rotating him in for a bit keeps others fresh too.

Ok so he is depth and a rotational piece.

I know it’s a different time but I remember Alvin Harper play with a sprained MCL against the 49ers after everyone thought he tore his ACL. So it’s possible Cooks could play with the injury.
Except it would be better to let him heal and play Tolbert.

Wow. We got 1 game with Cooks. He will be out for a minute. And I wonder if Tyler hammy is worse than what they said. He was supposed to be game time decision last week.

I agree I would sit him but I am not sure Tolbert and the tight ends can handle the Jets defense. I wish I had more belief in those guys. Hendershot has dropped some big passes the last few games he has played.

Does the fact that it was pouring rain factor into the drops for you?

Im not worried about the TE position. We are stacked. Hendershot should be the third TE in the near future anyway.

Per report, which I’m not allowed to post, it’s a grade 1 sprain. Many players have played thru it without missing time. I’m guessing it’s a pain tolerance deal for Cooks.

So weird they didn’t keep Lewis on PUP. Makes zero sense.
He’s about to play? Why would they put him on PUP and prevent him from practicing lol. He’s literally healthy he just needed to get in game shape.

100% agreed and said the same thing.

The thing is, if he is on the PUP he is unable to do anything practice related. But I’m not 100% sure his involvement in practice.

Same thing with Tyler Smith. He’s not playing this week either. Hamstrings are tricky.
He’s practicing fully, he needs to get in game shape hence why no PUP.

Then why dont I seem to recall that many? Brand had 5 picks his rookie year and just had a pick 6 first game this year.

Lewis was solid and steady, but that was it. Brand is the upgrade we have been needing.

Unless Brand goes down he really isnt even needed.
Literally the definition of depth lol. We need him for depth. One of the three goes down and we see what happened last year.

Fwiw made an amazing pick on the play he got hurt.

You can make excuses but CeeDee and Cooks had no problems in the rain. Dak’s passes were on the money. Like I said I have to see it to believe it.
